Play all day and return to a relaxing stylish town home. Fully equipped kitchen, top of the line bbq grill, comfortably and tastefully furnished. Extra tall garage doors for Jeeps. Relax on the back patio and have a bbq in the afternoon shade or cool off in the community swimming pool(april-oct). Amenities also offer a hot tub(mar-nov), indoor kitchen and a ping pong table. Beautiful LaSal Mountain and Moab Rim views. Conveniently located and easy to find!

Amenities such as, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent are left in the unit for your convenience, but not replenished throughout your stay. If you run out during your stay you can purchase more at the local city market or shell gas station just down the road. Please no smoking and no pets allowed in the unit.

Clean and roomy!

We were very comfortable with our family of four in the property. Quiet, clean and spacious. The kitchen provided all necessary items. It was close to town, Arches and Canyonlands. Great place to come back to after full days of fun! We would stay here again.

Excellent For Family Gatherings

Our group of 11 rented this and a neighboring property from Becky. Overall, for the price, both homes were an excellent choice and everyone enjoyed their Moab vacation. We cooked a big breakfast and dinner every day and the spacious dining/living room, along with the well stocked kitchen, made it perfect for our big group meals. Some of the pots/pans/utensils need to be replaced because they are pretty beat up, but I guess that is to be expected with a vacation rental. The clean and spacious garage was perfect for storing extra belongings and bikes. Our family is obsessed with ping pong, and one of the selling points for this property was the ping pong table shown in the clubhouse. Unfortunately, we found out on day two that it was recently broken and removed. Not a huge deal, but we were definitely bummed that our family ping pong tournament wasn't going to happen. Becky's prompt responses before, during, and after our stay were much appreciated. Don't let my 4 star rating deter you from booking this property, it's a nice home and a good value.

Very clean and organized

We had a great experience with this house. The house was super cleaned and very organized. The beds were very comfortable, which is not typical of most rental homes. I also loved that we didn't have to do ANY cleaning before leaving. That always makes for a better stay!
