Open kitchen with beautiful cabinets and granite counter tops is well-equipped and lanai features brand new Weber Grill and tools. Kitchen is open to family room and eating area with Flat screen TV/DVD player. Sliding glass doors open from this fun and colorful room directly onto pool deck!
Separate Living Room/dining room has a brand new cottage style dining table with six chairs and enough room to seat 8-10. Living Room has two of the most comfortable reclining chairs in the world to hang out and enjoy that sports event or movie after a long day lazing at the beach!
Master bedroom suite is well-equipped with brand new king size mattress, large master bathroom vanity area, his and her closets, large walk-in tile shower and beautiful rattan reading chair. flat screenTV/DVD.
Toucan Room (BR 2) has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV/DVD, view of the pool area, en-suite full bathroom shared with Crab Room (BR 3).
Crab Room (BR 3) has new queen sized bed and en-suite full bathroom shared with Toucan Room(BR 2).
Turtle Room (BR 4) has two new twin beds, large flat screen TV/DVD and across the hall access to the full hall bathroom.
Large laundry room is bright and friendly with large built-in granite counter topped desk for a perfect away from home office!
Home also includes 6 adult bikes (one with child seat), beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, pool toys, two small children's bikes, pack-n-play, etc.
Sol*Mate sleeps 8 long-term, but could sleep 10-12 with air mattresses. With 4 large bedrooms, 2 living spaces, newer kitchen, and three large full bathrooms, this is a great house for an extended vacation or holiday!
Our family currently lives in Southern Indiana. As much as we love our beautiful hometown, Southwest Florida is where our hearts belong. After avidly vacationing on Sanibel for 15 years, we decided it was time to purchase our own beach house!

We visited Sanibel dozens of times, but most enjoyed our trip to the East Rocks Subdivision. This beautiful subdivision across the street from the quiet stretches of west end beaches was a huge motivating factor for purchasing this home. We also loved the ground floor home and 4 bedrooms as we have three children.
Owners flexible and pleasant to deal with. House more spacious and lovely than photos portray, and very very well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We had a young man w/quadriplegic cerebral palsy with us, and the house was simply wonderful for his needs. We definitely intend to return when we can...
Sanibel is a relaxing sanctuary island with an abundance of nature activities including J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, shell seeking on the beaches, great seafood, bike trails and more!
