Beautiful Home!!!!

  • 5 of 5

Traveled to Jupiter for a baseball tournament with our family. This home was perfect for our lodging. It has everything you need and more. Very clean, roomy, and all the comforts of home. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Owner, George, was very accommodating with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this quality home to others. Thanks for making our week in Florida a memorable and enjoyable stay!!! If we ever get the chance to come back to the area, we would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing, simply amazing!!

  • 5 of 5

The pictures do not do the house justice. First, you drive into a very quiet residential area. Then when you enter the house you feel like your're in a little mansion. Very large, believe it or not at one point we weren't sure where the garage was. First couple of days we weren't sure which way to go to get to our rooms. Very clean and you have everything you need. Kitchen is incredible, have to see it too believe it. Beds are very comfortable. Had many a great nights sleep there. Most days we stayed by the pool but the beach is also very close. There are plenty of restaurants and a Publix is very close by. Very relaxing watching tv by the pool. There was a little leak by the refrigerator. We called George and he came over right away. He called the handyman and problem was solved. George is a sweetheart and a great host. He takes the time to show you around the house. Never had that at any other house we rented. Almost felt like we were staying at a family members home. We have rented homes before and this home is the best by far. Will definitely be back. I am writing this review on 9/9/17. We stayed at the house 8/28/17-9/2/17. Just a week ago. Now Hurricane Irma is supposed to hit Florida. George , please know that we are thinking and praying for you and your family. Stay safe. Hope to see you again next summer.

Amazing House!

  • 5 of 5

Before we got here, I was a little concerned that there were a couple of 4 star reviews. Usually that means that the house isn't really that clean or something like that. After having stayed here, I can not fathom why there were any 4 star reviews instead of all 5 stars. Everything was very clean and everything we could have possibly needed was there. (Well, except washcloths unless we just missed these somewhere. That was an easy fix though because we bought a huge pack at Walmart for a couple of dollars. We'd have left them if we hadn't read reviews for the cruise we were going on that said they didn't have washcloths either. Maybe washcloths are a regional thing. Anyway, there were tons of towels, dishcloths and dishtowels which are often in short supply at rental houses.) This place was easily one of the best, if not the best, houses we've stayed in. It was way more spacious than it looked. The pool was great and the kids loved the TV by the pool. I loved the TV in the bathroom. You could relax in the huge tub while watching TV. Instead of just having double sinks, there were double toilets in the bathroom. This might be the next trend on HGTV. :) There were nightlights all over which was great for the kids. My daughter loved the kid's books in the bedroom she had. (They even had Santa Mouse which was one of my favorites as a kid.)

Not only was the house itself great, the location was wonderful too. There were many stores and restaurants close by and it was very close to 95 for trips to places like the Flagler Museum. I don't know if we'll be back in this area anytime soon but we would definitely stay at this house again. (I don't usually say that. Usually there's at least one thing about a house that bugs me enough that I think it's worth trying a different house the next time we go somewhere.)

Owner's Response: Thank you for your great review. I agree and don't understand the 4 star reviews given the almost $600,000 spent on renovating. Of course some things aren't seen by renters like the downspouts connected underground to the canal.. But if they were not, in a hard rain, guests would have to deal with the water. Sometimes it is the little things like the floor lights coming on when your foot hits the floor when getting out of bed at night. Or a buried 500 gallon tank of propane for the barbeque so no one ever has to replace or carry the heavy tank. It is the little things that add up and make a difference. We hope you will visit us again. The owners

Great Location more than you can imagine!

  • 5 of 5

This is a gorgeous home! Very clean and well-maintained. George is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our 4th of July getaway. There is plenty of space for a big family. The layout was fantastic, with everyone having an area to socialize, or retreat to. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for family walking or biking, there were several bikes for our use. Very close to everything, the beach, stores, supermarkets and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen and bathroom upgrades are out of this world. We felt comfortable and at home due to all the resources that were available to us. We would absolutely return to this home! Thank you George!

Owner's Response: We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Summer is always warm, but we always have a breeze because we are between the gulf stream and Lake Okeechobee. As you indicated, the pool or the beach is a must in the summer. Not as hot and humid as Charleston or Houston or New Orleans, but still summer in the tropics.
