Perfectly positioned large first floor apartment located close to all of Shoal Bay's attractions and entertainment, beaches, restaurant and cafes. The complex also has a pool and covered BBQ area.

This spacious four bedroom apartment is perfect for a larger family, two families sharing, or a getaway with a group of friends. This fully self-contained unit features four bedrooms, two large living areas both with TV's, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms and a third toilet in the laundry. The complex has a pool and also a fully covered BBQ area that you can use for entertaining friends and family!

Located on the upstairs level the apartment offers pleasant glimpses over the beautiful sparkling water of Shoal Bay beach. There is a lovely outdoor deck off the dining area with table and chairs so you can sit outside and overlook the beach. The perfect holiday destination for leaving the car behind and being able to walk to Shoal Bay shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, including the award winning Shoal Bay Resort & Spa. A couple of minutes in the car will take you to Nelson Bay CBD where you will find regular weekend markets, fresh local Seafood at the co-op, award winning restaurants, boutique shopping or you can enjoy sunset over the water, a leisurely walk along the beach or a relaxing swim. For the more energetic, take advantage of the nearby walking trails and cycle ways. Walk the spectacular Tomaree Headland, cross Fingal Bay Spit, or enjoy a Whale watching or Dolphin cruise. We also manage a few smaller units in the complex making this the perfect choice for larger groups.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Lovely, spacious apartment to share

We stayed here ten years ago and had lovely memories so decided to search for it again. So glad we found it. They've modernised the decor and it was all very fresh and comfortable. The apartment was clean and very well maintained. We stayed here with another family and had a wonderful time. Very spacious with lots of living area. It's really close to the beach and to some small shops and restaurants. It's also only a quick drive to Nelson Bay. We love this area and it didn't disappoint. Even though it was raining when we arrived there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is really well appointed for serving a big group. The outdoor BBQ and off street parking is also a plus. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and very well maintained. Luckily the weather improved and we were able to go out on a dolphin cruise which we all loved. The Shoal Bay Resort and Spa is a short walk away with a lovely outdoor bar and beautiful restaurant where we rewarded ourselves with a lovely dinner. Even though we were really close to the main road the apartment was incredibly quiet at night.

All in all I would highly recommend this apartment. Good value for money and a great location. Had no problems dealing with the agent. Great all round experience.
