Balmoral Beach Apartment is on the beachfront with waterviews from both bedrooms and the lounge/dining area. It is fully furnished and has all the facilities you need. It has foxtel TV, wireless internet, a working fireplace which is just lovely in winter. It is a renovated art deco apartment with some authentic art deco furniture to complement the modern renovated apartment.
Secure garage with remote control opener.Sleeps up to 6 adults & 1 child. Queen bed, 2 single beds , Queen sofa bed and a fold up bed.
There are numerous local cafes and restaurants. The beach has soft white sand, the waters are clear for swimming & fishing. Kayaks can be hired nearby. City shopping is very close. Transport by bus is good to the city, Taronga Zoo and other Sydney attractions.
When you check out please ensure you have given me your bank details for your bond refund as I do not see those when I receive payment.
If a tradesman is called but no fault is found the guest will be responsible for payment.

It is very popular for honeymooners, families who love the pristine beach and even executives who have business in the Sydney city CBD which is only 10mins away by car. We also have a fully furnished apartment on VRBO at Kirribilli on the harbourfront directly opposite the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge suitable for 1-2 people-min 6 month lease and a large 3 bedroom beachfront apartment for 6 people-min 3 month lease.

Balmoral Beach is the closest beach to the CBD. It is a very pretty beach and beachfront properties are tightly held by owners.
Walking along the beach, swimming, relaxing in the cafes, sitting by the fire in winter, watching the passing parade of beachgoers from your dining table, having breakfast in bed while watching the boats on the harbour-a magic place for a holiday.
"What a wonderful apartment in the most beautiful location. We stayed for 10 nights with our 3 small children and eve nthough it was crowded and there is no bath only a shower, the full laundry, dishwasher and brilliant location for children worked perfectly. The beds are comfortable, lovely linen, great supply of china, glassware and kitchen utensils and of course bathers cafe is right across the road...too perfect!! Thank you!"
We stayed 6 nights in Julie's well appointed apartment great access to restaurants, beach and public transport. Everything we needed was either close at hand or provided by Julie. The apartment was very clean and Julie was very prompt with answering Booking enq and refunding the bond. Would gladly stay there again.
Our apartment is on the beachfront. Balmoral Beach is a pristine beach , safe for swimming. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, a child's playground and nearby bus services to tourist attractions and Sydney CBD.
