About Mike

I grew up in New Paltz, New York, on the Hudson River halfway between New York City and Albany. I moved to Savannah in the Summer of 2002 when I accepted my position as Sales and Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the history, scenery, dinning, and nightlife that downtown Savannah offers. In my spare time, I began renovating properties in the heart of Savannah's Downtown Historic District.

During my 14 year tenure at Gulfstream Aerospace, I have had the amazing good fortune to travel to over 100 countries; many of them repeatedly. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in almost every major city in the world. While staying in these amazing properties, I would always take notes on the décor and amenities I found most desirable. I have included many of these ideas in my property back here in Savannah, hoping to use my experience to provide amazing accommodations to the discerning traveler.

Today, I still live in Savannah with my wife Radka, our son John, and our two dogs, Jake and Mini.

Why Mike chose Savannah

I've had my eye on this property for the past ten years. It's a beautiful brick building with huge floor to ceiling windows in the perfect location in the center of the Historic District. I was finally able to realize my dream to purchase and completely renovate this property in the Fall of 2012 when I converted it in to eight luxury vacation rental condos.

What makes this condo unique

The combination of a parking garage in the building, cement - steel - brick construction, and a huge roof top deck makes this building unlike any other vacation rental in Savannah! This really is the best Rental property in all of Savannah.

Awesome property

This place was everything the owners said it would be.

Excellent location, close to good restaurants and bars.

The condo was just what our group needed, two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a nice living room to relax in after a long day of touring the city, and an excellent kitchen with modern appliances.

The owners were very easy to work with and offered great tips for enjoying beautiful Savannah.

Best place to stay in Savannah!

A group of friends of mine recently stayed here for our trip to Savannah, couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We were able to easily walk everywhere from the condo. The Condo was beautiful and had floor to ceiling windows to take in all the views and had PLENTY of room. The roof top patio was gorgeous, too bad we didn't plan a BBQ night. Megan was AMAZING. I asked her so many questions and she was extremely quick to reply and make sure we were very well taken care of. We even had a member leave an item behind and she personally went to retrieve the item. We met a few locals that told us some history around the condo... everyone was extremely nice.

Bachelorette Party!

We rented this condo for a bachelorette party of all women ages 29-35, 8 total women. We rented the two connecting condos. The house was gorgeous and spacious, super clean, and plenty of room for all of us. We did have to bunk together 2 per bed, but beds were king size, so we had more than enough room. The best part of this condo for all these women were the FOUR full bathrooms (!!!), so 4 showers could be going at the same time with no suffering of hot water. The area is great, walkable and safe. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars and Megan was available to answer all of our questions by text or call when we needed her.

Running Group

Group of friends and runners stayed here for the RnR Marathon. It is a very well kept place, with a great location, with convenient access to the downtown historic area, and all the cool restaurants, bars, etc. Very professional renting and check-in process, streamlined and unobtrusive. Great place, great location.

Would recommend over a hotel any day!

Came to Savannah with some friends and our wives for a golf outing and rented two connecting condos. Thought we would try this instead of a hotel and it worked out great. We had space and privacy, but it cost less than a hotel. And we could all enjoy the property together. Our wives liked that it was close to the shopping on Broughton St. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Loved the location!

The condo was clean, bright and modern. We walked everywhere downtown, loved that we didn't have to use the car once. It was nice to have free parking too. We fell in love with Savannah and will be back here to stay again!
