Beautiful cottage with perfect location in the wonderful Hyannis!
My family and I had a wonderful time in this fantastic location. I can see why so many people vacation here! The cottage couldn't have been in a better location to make the most of cape cod.
We are lucky to be centrally located so that our guests can call our bungalow home base for trips up and down the Cape. We are open all year round, so come experience the Cape in the Fall for very pleasant weather and a great relaxed pace to taste local seafood. Walks along the beach are quiet and beautiful along with the radiant sunsets!
Home away from Home
Elaine, thank you so much for everything. We loved the house, exploring cape cod and enjoyed the beach. The location was perfect; walking to the beach, walking to the Main Street etc...Thank You!
Thank you and we are glad that you settled in and enjoyed our area. We are very lucky to have friends and guests who appreciate the things that matter and take time to be with family and friends. There is always peace and quiet, and Mother Nature provides great surprises on a daily basis. Our osprey population is up this year. We look forward to the southern migration this year. Fall will be a gorgeous time to see a myriad of birds on their migration paths. Please visit us again. We look forward to seeing you another time.

Cozy and accommodating house w/ a great location
Its a great answer for a secluded cozy house that is close to the beach (walking distance) and the downtown restaurants and stores. Its a quiet dead end street, so there is no thru traffic or road noise. It has all the amenities needed to feel at home away from home. Very polite and responsive ownership...thanks Elaine!! Its a clean, well maintained house, with areas to sit inside and out, or make a quick trip to the beach...
Hundred times better than a hotel or b&b...and more affordable....after completing the 100 mile bike ride from Boston to the Cape for Best Buddies, all I wanted to do with my family (of 4) was relax....28 Norris Street was exactly what I was hoping for!
Thank you so much for staying with us at Norris Cottages! It was a great accomplishment for you to complete the challenge of the 100 mile bike ride, so we are glad that you relaxed at the bungalow with your family. We try to meet the needs of all our guests as best we can. Have a great summer and please come back again.

Wonderful rental! Superb location!!
This rental was the perfect place for our situation!!! It was centrally located for the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception my children were attending while in Hyannis. It was a beautiful weekend (in the 80's) so my grandson and I were able to walk down the street and enjoy the nearby beach. We also walked to Main Street for an outdor breakfast at The Egg and I. The house was terrific with all the amenities and was very clean!!! I would definitely recommend this home.
Thank you for your kind comments. We strive to accommodate our guests' needs, and when a family event is their prime reason for choosing our location, we hope the charm, peace and quiet of our bungalow makes their stay even better. Join us! We are open year-round and are a great alternative for conventions and family gatherings. The holidays are coming! If you will be in the area to celebrate with family, consider staying in your own "home" for a more comfortable getaway.
Charming vacation home
We had a good time in this charming vacation home.
Elaine was very helpful and we recommend this place.
We enjoyed discovering Cape cod and come back to the cottage with our 2 young children.
Thank you! It was great to host Stefan and his family. We hope to accommodate them again next season or sooner. We are open all year round for fall and holiday stays, conferences, and getaway weekends.
