CDA has it all, wonderful nature, fun shopping and great restaurants. The condo is located within walking distance of it all...hard to beat location and the main reason for my purchase.
You will enjoy the best of nature close by, and stay in a vibrant beach community. Park the car, you will be able to walk everywhere you want to go! Excellent restaurants, fun shopping and many activities for the kids.
My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights at the property and had a great time in CDA. The condo was close to everything we needed - restaurants, the beach, etc. There is a bike rental shop across the street that we took advantage of which was very convenient as well. The condo was clean and there was more than enough room for two people. I will say that the shower was a bit odd - the door didn't cover the entire length of the tub (no curtain) so water would splash out onto the floor - we put towels down to keep the floor dry. It also took us awhile to figure out how to change the water stream from the shower head. Other than that minor detail everything was great and I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay in Couer d'Alene!
If you are doing IMCDA this place is the best 3 min walk to everything!! Family loved it as did I racing.
We had the perfect stay in the perfect condo. It was very easy to communicate with the owner about any questions we had. The condo was very clean and modern and very well stocked. There is only one TV out in the living room which was the very slightest of inconvenience. Otherwise lovely and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
Great condo in CDA. Beautiful living space with nice terrace near the center of town. Includes car garage.
An additional bathroom would have made it perfect!
My family stayed here this past Christmas and the condo was even better than described. This condo has been kept very clean and has everything you need for cooking meals in, or if you are wanting walking distance of great places to eat. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had and even sent us a list of close places to eat with a description of what is served there.
We are looking to come back this year to ski and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. This condo is very roomy with a large bathroom, which came in handy for all of our ski clothes and equipment. I loved that we had a keyless entry and our own parking spot.
I highly recommend this particular condo if you are looking for a spacious place within walking distance to the town, or close to the grocery store.
My wife and I stayed here over Thanksgiving week and had an amazing time. The owner is great to deal with, answered any questions we had, has great payment options including PayPal, and has a keypad lock setup so we didn't have to worry about key pickups at the end of a travel day.
The condo is modern and roomy with two bedrooms, one bath, and an open living room and dining area with a gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling. There is a little patio that looks out toward the mountains that would have been great for breakfasts if it weren't cold. The wifi is great, we didn't have any issues connecting, and it was strong enough to work out on the patio for anyone going in warmer months. I grew up in the area so knew my way around, but the owner provided a brief guide to the area and some recommendations on restaurants that would help someone visiting for the first time.
The location was the primary reason we chose this unit. It is right downtown and everything is within walking distance, even in winter. My wife walked to a yoga studio she found, I ran down to the lake and around some lakeside trails (described in guide for nonlocals), there are restaurants within two blocks, the main drag is three blocks down (and only about 8 blocks long, so the entire area is reachable within a 10 min walk), and the city park by the lake is 4 blocks.
There are extra blankets and such in the closets, a few books, and board games to play if you have a family along. You wouldn't have any problem cooking meals here either. We stopped by the grocery store and cooked many meals with the provided pots, pans, dishes, etc, and didn't feel that we were missing anything for day to day cooking.
This contemporary open spaced condo is located just blocks from the best Coeur d Alene has to offer. A five minute walk puts you right at the public beach/park! Leave the car behind, two blocks from the condo are the best restaurants and shops CDA has to offer.
The mains strip, public beach, best restaurants, shops and bike trails are just minutes walking distance away.
The condo is located on the second floor (corner unit) within a private and secure gated two story complex.
