Stylish, Great Location, & Many Extras!!

This condo is in great condition with stylish furnishings, everything you will ever need in the kitchen, washer/dryer, very comfortable beds, and a huge lovely bathroom. There is a garage and a balcony with a table and chairs. The location is supreme with a short walk to the lake, shops, and restaurants. The bike shop is right across the street & we stored our rental bikes in the garage. The owners were fantastic and so kind!

Our 8 night stay was perfect and Coeur D'Alene is a wonderful place to vacation!! If you like to cycle and hike then this spot is a little chunk of heaven! The zip lining was lots of fun too! You will never be bored. If it is huckleberry season then do not miss the ice cream or shakes. Six of the eight days we indulged!

Great location in downtown CDA.

Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable which we appreciated. The only thing that was a issue was the windows could use curtains to block out the street light which was on all night. We will stay again at this unit but will make sure to bring something to cover windows. Other than that we were pleased.

Nice condo

Nice place, close to everything.

Overall our experience was really good. The place is really nice and clean and it's location is fantastic. We were able to walk to everything in town and to the lake.

My only complaints, and they are very minor, is that the living room is really has a lot of echo. So in the evenings when the kids were asleep you had to be extra quiet because every little thing you did would get amplified. The other thing was the fridge was full if expired food. The majority was condiments but were not talking expired last week. Some of it expired years ago. I was afraid someone was not going to not check the date and then eat it and get sick. And it wasn't just a couple of things. It was dozens of things. I understand leaving things behind so others can use it but at some point someone needs to check that out and it shouldn't be the renter.

Owner's Response: We have instructed our cleaner to empty the fridge and clear it after each guest as part of her routine. My apologies and will not happen again. Thank you for bringing it up to our attention. All condos on the upper floor have vaulted ceilings, a very nice feature but does sound different inside than lower/standard ceilings. I've never had any complaints related to noise inside or outside the condo. Thanks Ludwig

Excellent location

Great location close to Independence Point and downtown CDA. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. Ludwig was easy to reach when we had issues getting in upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay!
