ULTIMATE LOCATION - Rim Village. This condo is conveniently located 5 miles from downtown and only 15 minutes from Arches National Park. With an array of trails nearby and the breath taking Public Golf Course just minutes from your door this location is the “ultimate” for experiencing Moab.

This Executive, Upgraded, tastefully furnished Rim Village Townhome is close to the outdoor pool and spa.

ACCOMMODATION HIGHLIGHTS:

Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a deluxe Aero bed. Accommodating a total of 6 people (max). Ideal for one or two couples and two small children that appreciate Quality as opposed to Quantity and a higher standard of accommodation.

Quiet end of street location. Close to outdoor pool and spa. Extra large patio to enjoy the Moab Rim views and memorable sunsets. Outside BBQ and patio furniture including two loungers are provided. 2 Car Garage with parking for up to three cars.

KITCHEN:

Centrally located for maximum entertainment. Maple cabinets with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances (including side by side refrigerator with exterior ice and cold water dispenser), gas convection 5 burner range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder and much more. Large bonus pantry for food supplies. The kitchen is ready to accommodate your vacation needs.

DINING ROOM:

Dine in and enjoy the Contemporary glass circular table and 4 microfiber comfortable chairs or relax on the private patio and outside dinette to enjoy the sunset as it glows behind Moab Rim.

LIVING ROOM

The living room offers an array of cozy seating and throw cushions: three seater leather couch, recliner (reading chair) or relax in the oversized chair and matching ottoman. Enjoy the 48” Apple Flat Screen TV, housed in a venetian plastered surround and gas fireplace (with insert). Bamboo flooring to help keep the unit cool and clean.

FULL LAUNDRY AND LAUNDRY ROOM WITH COAT CLOSET

MASTER BEDROOM AND SECOND BEDROOM

Both rooms are finished in bamboo flooring to keep the unit cool and clean. Both have full baths and are tastefully adorned with tile and modern hardware. Each Bedroom has bed side cabinets and reading lamps to give you the feel of “home” OR enjoy the Sony 32” flat screen TV (master only). Hairdryers and 4 pool towels are provided.

The owners try to use as many 'green' products as possible.

About CHERRY GRIFFITHS

Originally from England we are Keith and Cherry Griffiths. We live in Sedona, AZ. We are avid mountain bike, road riders, off road and dirt bike fans. Cherry is also a trail runner and we both love to hike the trails with our two boys: Kona (Golden Retriever) and Molokai (English Crème Retriever). We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions in regards to all that Moab has to offer. We are experienced Moabites (lived in Moab for 5 years prior to moving to Sedona, AZ).

Well-equipped cozy clean vacation home far away from home

Cherry was quick to my email even I live in Bangkok, Thailand. She was very helpful with my questions. Her info made finding her property at ease. Her home is located at a very beautiful and nice neighborhood. Her home is well-equip. It is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Our family of four was very comfortable at Cherry's home. You can prepare a full meal right at her house because it has all the cooking utensil at the kitchen. We did not prepare any meal because we are photographers. We left the house at 4am and return at 10pm. There is Susie's Branding Iron Restaurant which is a great bonus for us, people who do not cook, and Shell Gas Station right on main road before heading in the Rim Village, Cherry's lovely property.

Wonderful property

We loved staying at Cherry's house. It was clean, spacious and had every amenity we needed. We have two couples and another person and Cherry even had an airbed for us to use. The house is a little outside of downtown Moab but it's an easy drive. Thanks for a great space!

Great Moab Condo!

The condo was well decorated, well furnished, and as advertised. Very comfortable in a nice location in a quiet section of the development but close to the spa and pool. We ate dinner outside most evenings and felt like we had the complex to ourselves. The owner called to confirm we had no issues. One of the better VRBO rentals that we have rented. Would highly recommend.

Great condo with great views

We stayed in this condo for 4 days to explore Arches and Canyonlands. We really enjoyed coming home to this condo at the end of our day. The condo is well situated, quiet and well equipted with everything we could have wanted

We cooked most meals here and it was a pleasant experience. The kitchen and bbq were easy to use and the patio was wonderful for dinner.

The beds are comfortable, as was the furniture.

We loved staying here and would recommend it to others.

I thought it was a very accurate listing.

Great Moab Vacation

We went down to Moab for a long weekend, and the condo was perfect for our family. Upon arrival, it was clean - no carpet, hardwood, which we thought was nice. There was a BBQ, which we utilized more than once. We also went over to the pool multiple times. It was great.

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in regards to towels, blankets, utensils, etc... The 2 gar garage was great to have as well. I like that the condo is close to the pool, that made it very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, the bluray/dvd player, cable all worked great, which is important to us. This location is fairly close to slick rock, which was great... just wish it was a little closer to downtown and the restaurants, but wasn't too far out.
