This Executive, Upgraded, tastefully furnished Rim Village Townhome is close to the outdoor pool and spa.

ACCOMMODATION HIGHLIGHTS:

Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a deluxe Aero bed. Accommodating a total of 6 people (max). Ideal for one or two couples and two small children that appreciate Quality as opposed to Quantity and a higher standard of accommodation.

Quiet end of street location. Close to outdoor pool and spa. Extra large patio to enjoy the Moab Rim views and memorable sunsets. Outside BBQ and patio furniture including two loungers are provided. 2 Car Garage with parking for up to three cars.

KITCHEN:

Centrally located for maximum entertainment. Maple cabinets with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances (including side by side refrigerator with exterior ice and cold water dispenser), gas convection 5 burner range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder and much more. Large bonus pantry for food supplies. The kitchen is ready to accommodate your vacation needs.

DINING ROOM:

Dine in and enjoy the Contemporary glass circular table and 4 microfiber comfortable chairs or relax on the private patio and outside dinette to enjoy the sunset as it glows behind Moab Rim.

LIVING ROOM

The living room offers an array of cozy seating and throw cushions: three seater leather couch, recliner (reading chair) or relax in the oversized chair and matching ottoman. Enjoy the 48” Apple Flat Screen TV, housed in a venetian plastered surround and gas fireplace (with insert). Bamboo flooring to help keep the unit cool and clean.

FULL LAUNDRY AND LAUNDRY ROOM WITH COAT CLOSET

MASTER BEDROOM AND SECOND BEDROOM

Both rooms are finished in bamboo flooring to keep the unit cool and clean. Both have full baths and are tastefully adorned with tile and modern hardware. Each Bedroom has bed side cabinets and reading lamps to give you the feel of “home” OR enjoy the Sony 32” flat screen TV (master only). Hairdryers and 4 pool towels are provided.

The owners try to use as many 'green' products as possible.

Originally from England we are Keith and Cherry Griffiths. We live in Sedona, AZ. We are avid mountain bike, road riders, off road and dirt bike fans. Cherry is also a trail runner and we both love to hike the trails with our two boys: Kona (Golden Retriever) and Molokai (English Crème Retriever). We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions in regards to all that Moab has to offer. We are experienced Moabites (lived in Moab for 5 years prior to moving to Sedona, AZ).

My family of four had a fantastic vacation in Moab. Cherry's home was perfect for us, modern, spotlessly clean and beautiful. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were large and comfortable. The central air conditioning worked great as outside temps in the desert soared over 100 degrees most afternoons (but remember, dry heat is not too bad!). We were glad to have the attached garage to use and the washer and dryer were large capacity. Kitchen had all we needed and we could make coffee several ways, with a brewer and also an electric kettle. We especially enjoyed that the community's pool was literally just a few steps away. We fully enjoyed Moab's close proximity to Arches, Canyonlands, and even Mesa Verde, hiked and did a Hummer ride in the high desert. Shopping and dinning options downtown are plentiful. Communication with Cherry was very quick and thorough. We'll be returning and hope to stay with Cherry again!

Another Fantastic Stay!!!

Once again, Cherry delivers another excellent condo for a "base camp" in Moab. This, as well as other properties Cherry manages are always very clean, well kept, and well stocked with the tools you need for your stay. Everything was as expected. Communication with Cherry is easy. We can highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in Moab. We used the condo as a place to unwind after long days on the trail Jeeping (4 Wheeling) and hiking. After going to Moab for over 30 years, we finally ate at the Moab Diner. It lived up to it's reputation!

Thank you for another great stay... we'll be back!

A+ Vacation Home

My wife and I stayed in Cherry's home the first week in Oct to enjoy sightseeing and hiking in Arches & Canyonlands National Parks. The home was VERY clean and comfortable and Cherry was responsive to any questions we had. Conveniently located, the primary reason we stayed here was for the views! Living room has high ceilings and large windows and was lovely to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening, looking out at surrounding red cliffs. Enjoyed our holiday tremendously and hope to come back again! Thanks Cherry! - Jeff

Bright and sunny condo

We loved the light openness of this condo. The views of the Moab red rocks out the windows and from the patio were wonderful. The location is a little out of town and very quiet. It is a great base for exploring the Moab area.

The unit is nicely decorated and quite comfortable although night tables in the queen bedroom would be an improvement. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped and had everything we needed even down to a cheese grater.

We were two couples and liked that both bedrooms have en-suite baths. The bedrooms are nicely separate and afford good privacy.

We had a problem with the BBQ; it would not work. Cherry was very responsive but since it was a weekend she was unable to get it repaired. So she provided a small new Weber charcoal grill along with charcoal and lighter fluid. We appreciated her efforts since we had planned to grill all our meals.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future if we return to the Moab area.

Rim Village town home was perfect!

Cherry Griffith's home was a perfect place to stay for our three day 2016 visit (Sept 18-20) to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Cherry was a good communicator and made the reservation and payment process easy. She provided ample information about the home and the Moab area which we could access online or read in a notebook left in the kitchen area. Cherry's home was clean and nicely decorated and we felt safe coming from and going to the Rim Village town home community. We were especially thankful for access to the attached garage which made it easy to pack on our last day when it poured rain. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and filtered water was available at the kitchen sink. I will highly recommend Cherry's rental home to my family and friends, and if I ever return to the area, Cherry's VRBO town home will be my top pick.
