THE PROPERTY:

This home is a natural, clean and versatile place in a seriously amazing location! Two upper level Floors of Hardwoods and 3 FULL BATHROOMS! This house is newer, so has eco-conscious amenities of a newer household including Portland delicious drinking water through a Multi Pure filter. It is also on a residential street with neighbors whom we respect. This property has been designed and is often updated to house vacationers. As such, its clean and uncluttered.

KITCHEN FACILITIES are set to cook a gourmet meal with pots, server-ware, a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, tea kettle and coffee maker, of course. There is a bar counter with 3 modern bar stools and a dining room table which will accommodate 10+ chairs plus 3 bar stools at the counter. Extra chairs available.

Your own private WASHER and DRYER on the main level.

There is a large front porch for hanging out, as well as a private and fully fenced backyard with a gas BBQ, deck and fruit trees/grass. Seasonal table and chairs as well.

We love children. Please just let us know what you have and need. BICYCLES welcome and place to lock them out back in the fenced yard. If you don't bring them, you may rent them right on Alberta Street.

Cancellation Policy:

25% retained if cancelled > = 60 days prior to Check in date

50% retained if cancelled > or = 15 days prior to the Check-in Date

100% retained if cancelled <15 days prior to the Check-in date

Note: In the busy/ holiday seasons, we generally require a 4-5 night minimum over the weekends. However, there are a lot of exceptions, based on other bookings, availability, etc. There's a limitation on how best to advertise, so I apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact me.

Public transportation very close by. You can even take in a yoga class, If you'd like. And the bicycle "highway" is a few blocks away.

Why Bella chose Portland

This house is located in an amazing location. It has lots of great amenities with-in and also in the neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Private washer/dryer. Its easily accessible to the airport, to food establishments, to drink Oregon's great beers, wine and even home made fruit soda. The grocery store and pharmacy and many businesses are a few short walking blocks away. Super convenient neighborhood to access public transportation or highways to take you downtown or out to the coast or to the Gorge, Wine Country, Hood River, or Multnomah Falls for the day.

What makes this townhome unique

This is a private double level townhome/condo in a residential house setting. You can walk around and take in Portland Eats and Drinks or you can sit around and eat leftovers with your friends or work mates. This home is happiest when it's shining it's best features: Cool, fun and modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, full kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and the little things that you just wouldn't pack for a trip.

Or you can hang out in the King bed and watch a rented DVD, stream Netflix, satellite Direct TV, Wi-Fi Internet or hang out on the front and back porches or take a walk around the neighborhood.

Perfect home for our Portland getaway

This Alberta Arts District townhouse was a perfect "homebase" for our recent trip to Portland. The location allowed for easy access to downtown Portland and other Districts. The furnishings/decor were beautiful and helped contribute to the feeling that it was home for the weekend. The owner was quickly accessible via email/text - and all of our needs were met. We love good restaurants - and found there were too many to count in the Portland area. This trip was Le Pigeon, Veritable Quandary, Gruner, Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Podnah's Pit BBQ (actually for breakfast - which was amazing). All highly recommended! All in all, a wonderful trip -- and we would definitely want to return to this townhouse!

Our party of three couples had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this property. Completely outfitted.

This property is wonderful! Fashionably appointed, comfortable for six adults, and completely outfitted throughout. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants and with convenient access to the rest of Portland. We'll be back!!

No surprises is a good thing!

I rented this property for my siblings who were in town for my daughter's wedding. So although I did not stay there myself, I can relay their positive impressions. Of course I had the advantage of knowing the neighborhood, so I was able to familiarize myself with the exact location before I committed to a week's rental. The condo was clean and uncluttered and my siblings enjoyed the convenience of having New Seasons grocery just a couple of blocks away. They were never quite able to grasp the intricate rules of Portland's recycling and trash system, but that is no reflection on the owner, who was responsive and easy to deal with.

Great Location/Beautiful Property

We had a great time in Portland, this property is located nicely to walk to the restaurants and shops on Alberta Street and easily accessible to major expressway to make your way to other attractions. A must visit is Kennedy School which is also within walking distance. The property was very spacious and nicely furnished. The property amenities make it like home! Well stocked kitchen, top of the line washer and dryer!

The property owner Bella is fabulous, she is close by and available if you have questions or need assistance.

Exactly what it says on the tin.

We rented both upstairs and the downstairs units of this house for our family. Everyone in our group thought the house and the location was wonderful. The description and pictures were exactly what we got. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. A special treat was that the plum tree in the backyard was full of ripe fruit. We ate as much as we could handle, but there was hundreds more plums on the tree. We would definitely rent the units again.

We have found our guests to be fantastic and thus find it more beneficial to everyone to do a fully refundable deposit due one week prior to arrival (if I set the booking up) and returned shortly after departure.
