About Richard

Both my wife and I love skiing and travel. We have always prided ourselves in making our home an enjoyable destination for our renters so they can feel at home during their vacation.

Please check out our other properties: We have a condo at the Summit Vista Resort in Bartlett, NH, close to skiing, hiking and Storyland (HomwAway # 3594820) and a beautiful Cottage on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine (HomeAway #183652).

Richard purchased this condo in 2003

Why Richard chose Bethel - Sunday River area

After checking several different mountains, we realized the South wing of the Fall Line Condo's at Sunday River offered the best ski-in ski-out access to the mountain. There is no need to take a shuttle to the lodge or walk across a parking lot. You can step out the door and step into your skis or board and head to the South Ridge Lodge. The center of the resort.

Great ski-in/ski-out location!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this unit right on the slopes of South Ridge at Sunday River. It was possible to immediately ski right out of the door onto the slopes, right down to the chair lifts. The unit was clean and efficient, with a nice pool and hot tub for apres-ski soak-down.

Sunday River is a great family ski mountain with a wide variety of terrain, which kept us entertained for 3 days on the slopes. One tip: get over to the top of Jordan Bowl on the Lollapalooza trail for fantastic views of the Mahoosuc Range, plus some (optional) nice entry-level woods skiing right along that trail.

Perfect stay on the mountain!

The condo was cozy and clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We loved the location, truly ski-on ski-off. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan on staying here again!

Everything we needed was provided!!

  • 5 of 5

The condo was clean, well kept and had all the facilities you could need or want. Everything we needed was provided!! The owner (Richard) was very accommodating and while not able to meet us upon arrival, made sure everything was in order. The area was quiet, very near to Sundance trail and South Ridge base area. Communication with the owner was excellent, and my deposit was promptly returned after checkout. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to come to this area and we will definitely be back in the near future!!

This is a great condo in an excellent location!

  • 5 of 5

A friend and I rented this condo for the Feb. school vacation week. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and a teenager (one teen was able to go at the last minute) and could have easily fit a a few more people. It was well worth the money. The owner's description is spot on. This condo was immaculate and very well stocked with everything you need. It is also very tastefully decorated! The owners make use of every space and have thought of everything. It is a great location, ski in/ski out and is only short walk away from the South Ridge center where the nighttime activities are. On our last night we stepped outside, walked a few mins. and watched a "fire show" which was followed up by a display of fireworks. It was very festive with music and kids tubing. We also took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub that is in the condo building, a nice perk after a day on the slopes.

The pictures don't lie book this condo, you will not be disappointed!

Great location

  • 5 of 5

Me and my family stayed here for four days over New Years Eve weekend. The owner Richard is very nice and everything was exactly as he described. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket, which was very nice. The condo is very clean. It is very warm and friendly and we felt very much at home. I do not like to eat out all the time. It is well equipped with all basic needs in the kitchen to be able to cook down to supplying seasonings Great balcony area to hold ski and snowboarding equipment.

The location is amazing It is a two minute ski to the main lodge. If u like night skiing, tubing, or zip lining it is located directly at these areas. Sunday river is a great family ski resort. While we were there they had 97 trails open and every night had fresh snow fall. I had two teenagers and a seven year old and they all loved the mountain They have great trails for every level of boarder or skier.

I can't give enough good reviews.

We are definitely going to go back and would love to stay in the same condo
