Come relax and rejuvenate at our lovely wine country house in Kenwood. Located on a quiet country road, the 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house sits on 3 rolling acres, with a stream, fruit trees and garden. The open floor plan features a great room with a stone fireplace, dining room that opens to a deck, and kitchen and pantry/laundry room. The set-up is perfect for supervising small children while cooking and/or eating. The master bedroom features a queen bed with luxury linens, and a bathroom with small bath. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and one has a guest vanity with copper sink. A second bathroom features a Carrera marble countertop and skylights.
The spacious back deck has built in benches and features a 6-person hot tub, perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine. A gas grill and picnic table make this the perfect setting for a barbecue. The house is child-friendly and has kid toys, videos, etc.
Our house is just down the road from the entrance to Annadel State Park, with miles of fantastic hiking and mountain biking trails. We are just a few miles away from Morton's Warm Springs resort, which features two pools and a baby pool, and has reasonable day rates. Nearby wineries Chateau St. Jean, Kunde, St. Francis, etc are wonderful places for a picnic.
This is the perfect setting for a small family weekend, girls' getaway or romantic weekend for two.
Please note this is our family vacation home and not a party house. Thank you!

We are two professionals who work in the biotech industry, with a 13 year girl and a 11 year boy. We lived in San Francisco for 20 years but currently reside in Westport, CT and still manage to get back to Kenwood to recharge our batteries and slow down our busy lives. We got married in Sonoma and continue to make great memories in this beautiful place.
Was here with a couple of friends and had a great time. The house was fantastic. As advertised in every respect. A very scenic location that is removed from noise and stress. I highly recommend for friends, couples, families.
This home exceeded our expectations. We took our 21 year old daughter to tour thw qineriea for her birthday. Our 26 year old son and his girlfriend came along as well. We loved the drive in, the setting of the home, the cozy home itself, the fire pit, the hot tub, the cleanliness, the location. I could go on and on. So many magical moments were shared. We had a perfect vacation. This home was truly homey but dropped down in the middle of paradise and very well cared for. We are grateful.
This quiet and peaceful place is hidden along a side patch of Annadel which was the draw. Familly members were attending the Levi's Gran Fondo and wanted to MTB through Annadel too. The remaining guests wanted to explore wine country, cute country roads, microbreweries and real mexican food. We were all in heaven being in this area. The house is isolated, behind a secure gate, you never hear a car, siren, helicopter or even a barking dog. Just the quails chirping, the squirrels scolding, blue jays crabbing and the wind in the trees. The home is very cozy, the dining room and kitchen an ideal set up. The carpet areas have wear and tear no doubt--it is indeed rustic and evidence of past puppy guests there - but we're big slobbery dog people so that was not an issue for us. What was an issue was how tempting it is to spend the entire visit outside. There is ample room to wander and hike, gorgeous views of neighboring vineyards and zero light pollution. If you want to see every star as though its falling upon your nose, just wander out into the large field out front. There's a nice bench there to sip wine, sit with your head back and take in all the beauty and natures sounds. There are two bathrooms, but one is set up for a child primarily - so terrific for those with small children. True there was really only one adult shower, but half of us were morning people, and the others showered at night - and it all works out - no biggie and plenty of towels and every single amenity. This presents like a beloved family home with sweet memories hanging in the air. It just feels good to stay here and veg out and heal. We're back to the busy rat race frenzy now, but this stay definitely recharged us all.
We stayed with two other couples. Four of us graduated 46 years ago, and get together a couple of times a year. This particular stay's purpose was wine tasting for the Sonoma Crush. We loved the property - everything about it. It was homey and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay. It was a beautiful weekend, and we spent a lot of time on the deck just eating, drinking and enjoying the surroundings. We will definitely be staying here again when we next come to Sonoma.
We had an excellent stay in this amazing home. It's tucked away but not far from town, and there is wonderful hiking right out the front door. Susan was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again!
Great place for up to 6 people! (The sleeping lofts have no side rails)
The house is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. We found everything to be in good working order. The deck is a lovely spot to grill, dine, hang out, star gaze and/hot tub.
The area is quiet and abuts open space and beautiful vineyards.
It is a great place to unwind and feel really away from the city. It's also right in the heart of the wine country and wonderful place to begin and end a day of exploring the area.
We loved our time there and hope to return.
