Come relax and rejuvenate at our lovely wine country house in Kenwood. Located on a quiet country road, the 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house sits on 3 rolling acres, with a stream, fruit trees and garden. The open floor plan features a great room with a stone fireplace, dining room that opens to a deck, and kitchen and pantry/laundry room. The set-up is perfect for supervising small children while cooking and/or eating. The master bedroom features a queen bed with luxury linens, and a bathroom with small bath. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and one has a guest vanity with copper sink. A second bathroom features a Carrera marble countertop and skylights.
The spacious back deck has built in benches and features a 6-person hot tub, perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine. A gas grill and picnic table make this the perfect setting for a barbecue. The house is child-friendly and has kid toys, videos, etc.
Our house is just down the road from the entrance to Annadel State Park, with miles of fantastic hiking and mountain biking trails. We are just a few miles away from Morton's Warm Springs resort, which features two pools and a baby pool, and has reasonable day rates. Nearby wineries Chateau St. Jean, Kunde, St. Francis, etc are wonderful places for a picnic.
This is the perfect setting for a small family weekend, girls' getaway or romantic weekend for two.
Please note this is our family vacation home and not a party house. Thank you!

We are two professionals who work in the biotech industry, with a 13 year girl and a 11 year boy. We lived in San Francisco for 20 years but currently reside in Westport, CT and still manage to get back to Kenwood to recharge our batteries and slow down our busy lives. We got married in Sonoma and continue to make great memories in this beautiful place.
Our host was wonderful. She was friendly and very responsive whenever we had questions. The house was super cute! The beds were all very comfortable, they supplied all the towels we could ever ask for, the kitchen had lots of space for cooking, and the living room was a great place for some late night conversation. We didn't get to try out the hot tub, but we noticed that it was clean and ready to go whenever we needed it. The piano was beautifully tuned and we did get a chance to play a few tunes on that! My one comment is that the lighting in the house (with the exception of the common bathroom) was not great for applying make-up, but that's really a very minor complaint. Everything else was fantastic! Thanks so much for sharing your home!
My mom and I went for the for the weekend. The house is off the main road almost right in Annabel state park down a single lane road. The house had everything we needed and was easy to access both the Napa and Sonoma side. A beautiful drive to sugarloaf took us to yountville. We enjoyed being able to go to the park right from the house. We saw deer and a mountain lion.
We had three couples at the house, plenty of room at the house for all. Hot tub, fire pit, just what we expected. Very quiet location away just far enough off the main road. We really liked the rural location giving you the feeling you were in the middle of wine country but convenient to Santa Rosa and the surrounding area. The house was well stocked with all we needed.
The house was great. The location is nestled into the hillside on a very scenic road. Great place to walk or run in the morning. Adjacent to a park area to ride bikes or hike. I would recommend this house to others.
We had a wonderful time in wine country over the weekend! The house was perfect and beautiful! Very impressed with the location in regards to Santa Rosa!
Was here with a couple of friends and had a great time. The house was fantastic. As advertised in every respect. A very scenic location that is removed from noise and stress. I highly recommend for friends, couples, families.
