Cute and cozy property

  • 5 of 5

This property was so convenient and close to the Plaza and we enjoyed walking around. Once we figured out the heating, the floors really got with it and warmed the house. We liked our stay here and would stay there again. Debbie was very accommodating and even wrote us back several times, even though she was out of the country. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, cozy, colorful.

Enjoyed everything about our stay! A little more than we were hoping to pay (we stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday), but all said, and done, we have no complaints, and would not hesitate to recommend or do it again.

Beautiful, clean welcoming casita near the plaza!

  • 5 of 5

4 adults and 2 children, 4 and 7, had a wonderful stay. The casita is within easy walking distance to the Plaza and all the downtown stores and attractions. Very easy to find, quiet location, beautifully decorated interior, nice large patio. Loved every bit of it!

The casita was very homey and wonderfully quiet. We had a few cool nights which he heated floors warming the house made it nice and warm. Close to the plaza for walking. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Garage I think is a +. We used it every day. Thank- you for a great stay!!!

Amazing place, even more amazing owners!

  • 5 of 5

Casita Amelia was immaculate on our arrival. It's situated on a charming street with lots of little wildflower gardens and aspen trees.

The owners, Freddie and Debbie, are wonderful people. They agonized over every detail of our stay to make sure it was perfect. One of our first nights in town, they invited us over for dinner and drinks, which was lovely and such a nice gesture.

My wife and I both are remote workers and good wifi is very important to us, especially after having some bad experiences with rentals in the past. Before we moved in, Freddie upgraded the house's wifi to the fastest available speed so that we could comfortably work and not worry about our bandwidth-- and he wouldn't accept any reimbursement!

They also offered to provide bikes for us, again at no additional cost, and on our move-out day Freddie came by to send us off with coffee and muffins! My wife and I would recommend this place to anyone, and would stay here again on any future trips back to Santa Fe!
