We loved our stay! Great facilities. Secluded yet accessible to area's offerings.
It was a great view and so peaceful to just watch as the tide came in and went out. Fantastic lobster nearby. Chipmunks and squirrels became regular friends!
A great cottage by Muscongus Bay!
We had a great time once again. The cottage is clean, and nicely appointed with everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable get away. Great views!
Traditional Maine cottage
It's very tidy with charming views of the cove. The bedrooms and the living room look out onto the water. King size and queen beds are excellent as are the linens
Great location and relaxing setting
It was home for a few days! We used it as a base from which to travel and sightsee. It was nice to come back to a place where we could relax, watch tv, have a place to sit and snack. Would love to go back.
Plenty of room, clean, well stocked, many helpful notes, friendly hosts across the street. The only problem was the large number of misleading messages from VRBO.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely waterfront cottage. The area is so peaceful and beautiful. The cottage is well appointed with everything you need. Owners Craig and Kim are accommodating and welcoming.
Mid-coast Maine is full of exciting things to do! We are in a wonderfully interesting bay with multiple islands and miles and miles of rugged coastline. Bring your kayak or rent from a local vendor. There are deep sea fishing or sailing adventures nearby. Take a day trip to the artist colony of Monhegan Island. Visit the famed Olson House in neighboring Cushing as depicted in Andrew Wyeth's painting 'Christina's World'. Visit the Farnsworth Art Museum and The Wyeth Center in nearby Rockland. Don't forget the fabulous and famous lobster and steamer dinners available in restuarants all thoughout the region.
