Our Motto...Create a great rapport and reputation with our guests in order to establish return clientele and word of mouth advertisement. All return guests will receive an 8% rate discount, waived deposits, service fees, and all guests that remit payment via domestic check will receive an additional 2.5% discount. Keep in mind if you are a new traveler, communication is key as there are ways to avoid certain fees that are unnecessary and didn't exist until just recently...

Very nice home and great location

Location was great, convenient to expressway, shopping. Pool was great along with the natural gas grill, directv, and being able to park in the garage making the stay here as comfortable as being at home but close to the strip. We prefer the the off strip casinos and this neighborhood is just down the street to sunset station.

Incredible with incredible atmosphere. Centrally located to Vegas and the surrounding area!!

This is by far the best way to enjoy the Vegas experience!! You're only a 10 minute drive from the strip. You never have to worry about a thing. Everything you need is only a moment away in every direction. This house is impeccable!! Amazing owner with customer satisfaction in mind. Completely secure house in an Beautiful neighborhood!! I wish I had done this years ago and can't wait to go back. From this point on, every trip to Vegas my family and I take, Buckley Properties is who I'm going to call first!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this route, you'll never be happier!! 1434 Red Sunset Ave., Henderson, Nevada.

Even better than we were expecting!

We stayed for 4 weeks and could quite easily have stayed for 4 more. We loved the house and the location and Jason did everything he could to make our holiday perfect. We were there during an excessive heat warning and the misters and pool were great for cooling down. The house and yard were immaculate on arrival and equipped with everything you could possibly want or need on holiday - even automatic air fresheners! If we make a sixth trip, we'll definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood convenient to EVERYTHING. The HomeAway photos accurately depict the property. The pool is very appealing; unfortunately our stay was in January and February so the weather was too cold. Jason was easy to work with and responsive to a couple minor maintenance items. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for next winter. That's the best recommendation a person can give.

Great stay!

The property is very clean, which I appreciated a great deal! Totally spotless. A ++ for that. It is also very nice in all aspects really, and I don't think we could fault it at all. Everything was just fantastic.The owner was easy to contact and helped when we had questions; this is also very important when you travel all the way from Norway. :-) We were very happy with our stay, and loved the pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and really lovely, and it was close to all the amenities you could think of. For us, who think the Las Vegas valley isn't about gambling and partying, it was a super location. Near beautiful nature, lake Mead, Wetlands park, mountains etc etc. (It is of course also a great location for those who love the Strip too, just to clarify that!) We would highly recommend this place! We would gladly here here again if we hopefully come to the valley for our 4th consecutive summer. Thanks Jason Buckley rentals!
