This house ticked all the boxes for us.
We were looking for a vacation in the sun to relax during the day and have the entertainment on an evening. The house is lovely spotlessly clean with quality furnishings, great pool and in a very quiet area. You are provided with almost everything you want even GPS, computer and printer.
Close by are restaurants, casino and shops around $6 in a uber (they are walkable but no-one seems to walk in Vegas) and the strip is about 20 minutes away and cost $26 to Bellagio and $28 to downtown in an uber.
The only negative I can say is the air-conditioning is locked and there were a couple of nights when it was very hot, although it was not a big enough problem to contact the management company about. We will definitely book this villa next time we are in Vegas.

In regards to the thermostat, it can very easily be programmed to the guests preference remotely thru WiFi. We just had this top of the line high efficiency hvac system installed and it's pretty high tech with a range of high tech features. It's kept locked because the touchscreen is pretty complicated and the programming can easily be inadvertently fouled up. It's also a pretty slick way for us to climatize the home to a guests liking before arrival. This information is also supplied in the Hospitality Section of the Homeaway listing and/or app under Rental Instructions and within' the Heat & A/C bubble. Again, thank you for being excellent guests and don't forget all return guests receive a rate discount and waived deposits...

Perfect Family Getaway
This house was perfect for our family, the location was great and the home itself was well kept and clean. We loved the home; it was exactly as described and the pool area was wonderful, especially in the Nevada heat! Would highly recommend.
Very nice home and great location
Location was great, convenient to expressway, shopping. Pool was great along with the natural gas grill, directv, and being able to park in the garage making the stay here as comfortable as being at home but close to the strip. We prefer the the off strip casinos and this neighborhood is just down the street to sunset station.
Very good location...both 95 and the 215 within 3 miles. Multiple restaurants, shops, parks, walking trails, cleaners, grocers, pharmacies, superstores, department stores, pubs, cinema, casino, & mall within 2 miles.
