Located on Paris’s prestigious Left Bank, the spacious apartment is nestled between the Ecole Militaire and Les Invalides. It is on a quiet street but just minutes away by foot from the world-famous Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, U.N.E.S.C.O., Musee Rodin, Musee Branly, Musee d’Orsay, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Trocadero, and the rue Cler, one of the best street markets in Paris. Your apartment is on the second floor of a classic building with secure entry and elevator. There are 5 French windows across the front of the apartment letting in the gorgeous light from the wrap-around balcony. Around the corner you can catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment windows are double-glazed for your comfort.
The 105 square meter (1,130 square feet) apartment is tastefully furnished with a mix of 1940’s antiques and contemporary. The artwork was especially selected to give you the true feeling of being in Paris, the City of Light.
Your apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from three different Metro stations (Ecole Militaire, St-Francois Xavier, and Segur).
The living room is comprised of an L-shaped sofa together with an eclectic side chair. The flat screen TV adds to the entertainment aspect of the space. This connects to the dining room where you will find elegant comfortable seating for 6.
The Master bedroom has ample storage together with a Queen-sized bed. It can be configured into two twins. It is a beautiful space with the light coming in the two French windows.
The second bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe and a window looking down on the interior garden. The Full-sized bed will certainly provide for a good night’s sleep.
The den offers a second living space for the apartment. It contains a garden-view and a high-quality sleeper sofa for two. There is also a flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player.
The large bathroom contains a bathtub with hand-held shower, good shelving and lots of space; while the smaller one has a traditional shower, Metro tiles, and toilet. The second toilet with sink is separately located at the end of the hall. High-quality bath linens are provided throughout together with a hairdryer in each bathroom.
The kitchen is Italian Design. Everything if beautifully coordinated in shades of blue. It contains a full-size refrigerator with freezer, cook top, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, easy-to-use espresso machine, etc. Your kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a simple breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails & hors d’oeuvres (or amuse-bouche), or something more substantial. There is also a coffee or breakfast bar in the kitchen for your convenience.
The apartment is best for 2 couples traveling together or a family with older children.

We were four adults traveling from California for a week in Paris and we were delighted with this spacious and spotless apartment. The 7th district is the most perfect location; less crowded, elegant and with a neighborhood feel that was perfect for us. We had a green grocer right next door, a patisserie underneath, a convenience grocery store across the street, etc. We loved the 4 restaurants in our 'hood' and frequented them when we were tired and worn out from a 12 hour tourist day. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts and wine and cheese tastings before dinner. Bathrooms were modern, bedrooms were average size and lots of storage within. We loved the dining room for our coffee and breakfasts while we watched the neighborhood come awake each morning. Our train was delayed over 2 hours and it was a bit of a problem finding a taxi so we were very late arriving at the apartment and therefore we were DELIGHTED to find David inside the apartment waiting for us to arrive. We literally were standing on the street wondering 'what on earth will we do to contact David to open the apartment??". At that very moment, David opened the lobby door and helped us with our luggage! We had a marvelous time and loved this apartment and I could easily see myself living there for a month. We would have liked to have had more towels and pillows but that was a very small item and we did not bother David with this.
My sister-in-law and I took our daughters to Paris this summer for a two-week graduation celebration trip and had the great pleasure of staying in this apartment. This was my 7th rental experience in Paris and by far the best. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and maintained; the bathrooms rival those in fine hotels and the kitchen appears to be very recently remodeled. All of the beds were very comfortable (we used the den as a bedroom) and there is a huge amount of storage space, so we were able to put away our suitcases and our clothing. The location can't be beat; a boulangerie/patisserie is located just downstairs and the fabulous cafés, restaurants, and attractions of the 7th arrondissement are just minutes away. The convenient École Militaire metro stop is 5 minutes from the apartment; located on line 8, this stop connects with the major lines and makes traveling through Paris very easy.
I've had small disappointments with every Parisian apartment that I've previously rented; either the space was tight, or the location not so great, or the apartment not in great condition but this apartment truly has it all. After long hot days of walking throughout the city we loved coming home to our comfortable and spacious refuge, and I felt more at home in Paris than I ever had before. David, the apartment manager, was one of the biggest reasons that we had such a great experience; he met us promptly as we arrived from the airport, worked behind the scenes to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition when we checked in, and responded quickly to my texts when I had questions.
I cannot recommend this apartment enough; yes, it is a little pricier than other apartments you might find, but considering the space, the quality, and the location, I think this apartment is a very good value, indeed.
Great location and very spacious. Near Boulangeries, Patisseries and restaurants. Great balcony for people watching. Near to 2 Metro stations. Everything you need in a nicely furnished upscale style. Many balcony doors open for a great breeze on a warm day. It made for a great vacation. We'd go back to this apartment in a heartbeat.
I stayed in this apartment in Novemmber with 3 girlfriends on a long shopping weekend in November. The apartment is bright, airy and spacious, in an excellent location, close to Metro stations and walking distance from just about everywhere. The bar/restaurant opposite was a great place for a bite to eat when we arrived jet-lagged and to weary to venture far.
David was a marvellous host and had gone to a great deal of trouble to prepare a handbook for visitors, as well as toiletries, sparkling wine and an unexpected but very welcome basket of goodies, to keep us going.
I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again.
We sayed here in August with our four children (ages 16 to 22) and we all agreed that this apartment was the perfect place for us. The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to many places of interest including the Eifel Tower, and just around the corner there was a bakery for those morning croissants and a small grocery store to buy eggs and milk. We also felt very safe to walk around at night.
The photographs are very representative of the apartment and David was very hospitable when we arrived...he even provided us with oranges and a nice gift basket of coffee, biscuits and other treats. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family and we would definitely return.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely large apartment that is just as shown in the photos. The building was safe and the apartment was very quiet inside. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 with older children but it would also be perfect for 2 couples. The 5 large balcony doors open to the street for people watching or just to enjoy a breeze. Everything about this flat is comfortable and clean - the shower and kitchen look as if just remodeled. The dishwasher, wash machine, coffee maker and all amenities were easy to use.
The location was perfect - right next to the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars and Musee Rodin. Also a quick walk to several different metro lines and many other fun and interesting neighborhoods.There is a small market, bakery and cafe/bistro all next door to the apartment. We were able to get anywhere in the City from this location.
The owner was tremendously helpful with details in advance. We were greeted us upon arrival and the owner quickly replied to any questions on the neighborhood/sites or just tips for navigating the City. I was also impressed at the time and care to make the apartment ready for us - down to every detail!
I would recommend this apartment to others!
