For small groups two completely remodeled upstairs condos with hardwood floors and hickory cabinets with an unobstructed view the full length of Flathead Lake up into Glacier Park. Completely furnished, everything there including washer and dryer. For large group I have main floor that can sleep 26. Twelve queen beds and the rest singles. One kitchen and two baths.
All outdoor amenities are available. This unit has across the street access to the lake with two marinas within three blocks of its location.

Perfect set-up, well located easy living with great view, completely remodeled two bedroom condos upstairs. Far better than any motel. With full kitchen makes it just like home but we do the cleaning when you leave. Off street parking. On main floor 2,700 sq. ft. remodeled with plenty of space for large groups.
The combination for either small groups or large. You are totally private if you want your own condo but if you are in a large group everyone can stay in the same building but still have plenty of privacy. Upstairs cannot hear downstairs.

Very nice, recently renovated condo overlooking beautiful Flathead Lake. This condo is very convenient to everything and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Dale was a pleasure to work with. It is on a relatively busy road but you cannot hear any of that noise inside this home.
We rented one of the upstairs condos. This place was great! Beautiful, clean, very comfortable and easy access to everything. Mr. Dale was wonderful! The view was awesome all day. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again. The review that Bruce wrote is very true!
Dale was a pleasure to work with. This was our first time using VRBO, and we were very happy with our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Right across from Flathead Lake, and the public dock made it very convenient for dropping our boat in. Would definitely recommend this condo in Polson.
I have had the pleasure of renting this property on two occasions, and have stayed in both the upstairs condos. The condos themselves are new and modern, they are right across from Flathead Lake(just the two-lane road between you and the water!) and very convenient to all amenities. If you plan on being in Polson this is an option I would look into first! The price is beyond reasonable, it is a steal! Call around to the hotels up the road and you may get 3 or 4 nights for what you would pay for a week at this property! Think about it 4 nights in a standard hotel room or a week in a fully stocked and furnished two bedroom condo! Now factor in meals! We made many a trip to Super1 Foods and kept our brand new fridge(with ice-maker!!!) fully stocked. We used the BBQ, the slow-cooker, the stove and range to prepare almost all of our meals! On days we did not feel like cooking we simply walked a few blocks to one of the restaurants or more likely to the Lake bar(which does serve very nice food!) The bedrooms are situated at the rear of the unit and deafens any noise you may think you would hear from the road. The bathroom is in the back near the bedrooms and is very clean and modern. A real bonus is the washer and dryer! Being able to dry the towels after a day on the water is fantastic, but more importantly it allows one to pack less clothes! The owner is wonderful to deal with and it now feels like we are renting the family cabin.
I would never stay in a hotel in Polson if one of these units were available! You cannot go wrong!! Book this place early as it fills up fast...we are already planning for next summer!
We have vacationed in Polson, MT, almost every summer since 2008 and have stayed at this property for our last three visits. We will not stay anywhere else! I don't think you can find such a nice rental that offers so much at such a reasonable price! We have stayed in both of the upper, 2 bed/1 bath condo units that face the lake and each are as equally clean and modern. The kitchens have new appliances, are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans & almost any cooking gadget you need. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The bedrooms are very quiet and the beds comfortable. Every unit in the property has its own full-sized washer and dryer set which makes for convenient laundry & light packing! There is also a large deck that overlooks Flathead Lake, with lots of outdoor chairs and even a grill. There is plenty of off-street parking too. The property is in a fantastic location. The lake is literally across the road & there is a dock that we swam off several times. The property is also within short walking distance from the downtown, restaurants, the public beaches & pier, and only a few blocks from the grocery store. We tow our boat and moor it at a marina that is only 3 blocks from the property. Bonus: the owner is very pleasant to deal with, conscientious, honest, and helpful. You will not be disappointed with this wonderful gem of a rental!
Directly across from Flathead Lake. Close to Kwa Taq Nuk if here for a wedding. Within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and bars.
