You enter on the first floor into a large and well-lit foyer with a large coat closet. You have access to the single car garage (on your right) as you walk towards the back of the unit. A separate and private bedroom suite with private bath that sleeps three comfortably awaits you. A large wall-mounted 32” Samsung LCD television provides a place for guests to enjoy television in private or to connect their own DVD player or game console. The private bath offers a bright window overlooking the woods as well as a fully tiled shower and granite vanity with rectangular under mount porcelain sink on a tall cabinet. Off this secluded bedroom is a covered patio with hanging porch swing to enjoy the great outdoors.
As you ascend the stairs from the first floor you enter the expansive and completely open second floor living space. The living room features an exceptionally cozy custom designed sectional sofa that includes a chaise lounge as well as a pull-out sofa section. The entertainment system is to die for featuring a stunningly clear 52” LCD High Definition Samsung television equipped with expanded high-definition cable from Comcast. This sets atop a wonderful gas fireplace (for those cool beach evenings). The television is connected to a surround sound theater system that makes you feel like you are in the movies! All of this is powered by a high-end Denon receiver that is also connected a Samsung Blu-Ray/DVD player as well as an iPod docking station (so you can bring your own iPod and listen to your music through this awesome stereo system)! Just outside the living room is a fully screened in porch with comfortable seating for 7+ that’s also wired for stereo sound through the wall-mounted outdoor speakers.
Adjacent to the living area is the expansive dining area with an expandable dining table that seats ten. Custom artwork adorns the walls in the living as well as dining rooms. The kitchen, open to both the dining and living rooms, is a chef’s dream, featuring expansive granite countertops and the latest stainless steel GE appliances, including an all stainless steel (even the inside!) dishwasher which runs virtually silent; a deep, extra wide stainless steel kitchen sink; extra large French door refrigerator with ice maker, and a powerful gas stove. Small appliances include a coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, separate toaster oven, blender, mixer and more! All of the pots and pans and dishes and silverware you would need are included as well as wine and cocktail glasses to entertain all your friends and family. A private powder room (half bath) highlighted with a bold blue color is adjacent to the kitchen and at the base of the stairs leading to the third floor. Two side windows in this large open space add additional natural light as well as views to the peaceful woodscape.
The third floor includes a beautifully appointed master suite with an upgraded king size bed, walk-in closet and a wall-mounted 32” LCD Samsung television and Blu-Ray/DVD player. The private en suite bath with fully tiled shower and dual rectangular under mount sinks and granite topped vanity over a raised cabinet will pamper anyone. Just off this master retreat is a private, third floor deck with four coral blue Adirondack chairs to use to relax as you begin your day or wind down at the end of your fun filled day at the beach.
At the opposite end of the floor is another large, private bedroom with king size bed and wall-mounted LCD television. A private en suite bath with full-size, fully tiled bath tub/ shower and granite vanity cabinetry rounds out the sleeping spaces in this large yet intimate home. You also have access to a full size Bosch washer & dryer behind closet doors at the top of the stairs.
The home is serviced by central air conditioning (and heat) as well as an upgraded tankless gas hot water system – so the last person to shower will still have plenty of hot water! A gas fireplace helps take the chill off a cool beach evening and gas cooking makes gourmet meal making a snap. And wireless high-speed Internet access is available throughout the home!
This brand new townhome is located in the popular Rehoboth Crossing community, which is a short bike ride to downtown Rehoboth Beach and the famous Boardwalk. The location is also extremely convenient to the incredible outlet stores along Highway One as well as miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, etc. The community features a large, in-ground swimming pool as well clubhouse. The development also backs up to the Junction and Breakwater Trail – a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, DE. Getting to the beach is a quick bike ride, nice long walk, short drive or just hope on the bus and let someone else do the driving.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and include the use of sheets & towels as well as a cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 3:00pm, check-out time is by 10:00am. Partial week rentals may be available, but would incur an extra cleaning fee. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id & security deposit required).
We accept personal checks, money orders and certified checks. Contracts will be emailed unless mail or fax is requested/preferred. If the contract and deposit are not received within seven days, the week will be made available again. The first 50% of the rental fee is due within 14 days and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Further information and information on picking up the keys will be forwarded upon receipt of the final payment.

I love to travel – and have traveled around the world – but I always come back to Rehoboth Beach! I love Rehoboth Beach because all truly do feel welcome here and there is so much to do and enjoy. I love walking through town shopping in all the eclectic stores, dining in the wonderful restaurants and enjoying the lively nightlife scene. But I also enjoy the quiet time at the beach – especially in the off-season when crowds are non-existent. There is something so peaceful and relaxing about this place and just what I need from my hectic life in DC.

I have vacationed in Rehoboth for nearly 20 years – starting with seasonal rentals with friends. About ten years ago, I purchased my first property here and have had the pleasure of owning several places in this wonderful town since then. This is my latest purchase and my home when I visit Rehoboth from my permanent residence in Washington, DC.
This is a brand new, end unit townhouse (with extra windows overlooking the wooded park area) in a new development. I upgraded this unit in every possible way from the developer’s selections and then added my own touches to make it even more high-end. This is not your typical rental unit – it is truly my second home. One of the most unique things I installed was a tank less gas hot water heater because I have stayed in places where if you are the last one to shower after a big group, you almost never have hot water. This new type of hot water heater eliminates that problem!
Just wanted to send you a little thank you for the opportunity of renting your townhouse. It was more that we had anticipated. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything and more than we had hoped for.
My family has rented homes in Rehoboth Beach for a few years and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this modern townhouse. The bedrooms are spacious each with it's own adjoining bathroom. My kids who don't have tv's in their rooms at home really enjoyed the added treat of the tv in the "kids" twin room. All the bedrooms have flat screen tv's for that matter. The labels over the light switches were very helpful and the local binders are a great resource to have at your finger tips. The traffic light at the front of the complex and use the service road returning from downtown Rehoboth made the coming and going easy to navigate. Highly recommend and a must for a return trip in 2016!
This is a nice place, I recommend it. There were 3 couples and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. The main floor is on the second floor and is very nice and open. We spent a lot of time here and on its balcony as well. Plenty of dishware, pots and pans. There are a couple of wake boards in the garage, and we left some beach toys there for the little ones. Keep in mind you will be going up a lot of steps all week! But that's pretty typical of townhomes. We are booking a different one next year only because of the twin beds in the basement. I hate twin beds, one couple always gets stuck with them if you have 3 couples going. Plus kids can sleep just fine in full beds so I just don't get why so many places do this at Rehoboth.
The Junction and Breakwater trail is literally right behind the townhomes, so if you are a runner, biker, or walker you will love this. One of us rode the trail on his bike and loved it, it took him all the way to Lewes and he said it's the best trail he has ever rode on.
Nice pool, and it has a clubhouse right there with a small exercise room for a rainy day that has I think 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a recumbent bike.
The best thing about this place and why we are renting in the same complex next year is the quick access to the beach, etc. Its exit is a traffic light and was so much easier to get around because of this. And when you are leaving the beach, the service road takes you right back to the townhome. We stayed at the Palms last year which is very close by by traffic was soooo much easier on Route 1 this year so we feel its location made a big difference.
The only issue we had was our comforters were pretty stained and gross. The cleaning crew can't possibly have time to wash all of them so I recommend just washing them when you get there. I can't really fault the owner for that, except maybe to mention washing them upon arrival in their check-in/check-out instructions.
Overall, a great stay!
Tge place was as advertised and was in immaculate condition except the hallway carpets. The kitchen was fully stocked and labels on all the lights were helpful. Also detailed instructions and tips for the home as well as the area were great!! My wife and kids loved the place and will not hesitate to use the rental again.
The house was excellent! One of those rare properties that looks even better in person than in the photos. It was very nice to have so many bathrooms, as well as such a large living and dining area. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of any of the community amenities, but the neighborhood was nice. It's a quick walk down to central Rehoboth and would be even faster if you brought bikes. Or, you can obviously drive. But when it wasn't raining, we enjoyed the walk. There is sidewalk 99% of the way. My only suggestion would be getting a converter for the iPod dock to accommodate the newer devices. The house and local area binders were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
A group of use rented this townhome while attending a Jazz festival. We were thoroughly impressed with the whole house. It was spacious and clean. We most enjoyed the middle deck where we spent a lot of time. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The area was quiet and the location was great. We will consider it next year.
