Welcome to the Seattle Turret House, a Victorian Triplex offering three furnished apartments in Seattle's charming Capitol Hill since 2010. We are conveniently located on a quiet residential street, yet just a short walk to an amazing variety of shopping, cafes, restaurants & taverns, with easy access to downtown.
See also listing 406960 (Apt 3) and 319191 (Apt 5). All three apartments can be adjoined through a central staircase to accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.
Capitol Hill is Seattle's most vibrant neighborhood, with historic homes, gorgeous city parks and a busy shopping & entertainment district. Two blocks to Trader Joe’s Market and Central Co-op, an excellent natural food store. One of Seattle’s most convenient, charming and vibrant areas.
No need for a car, take light rail from SeaTac airport to Capitol Hill Station, then walk, use public transit system or ride sharing services (Uber, Lyft, car2go) to easily get anywhere in the city.
Convenient to Downtown, Pike Place Market and major tourist destinations.
Apartment 4 features a covered balcony with western views towards the downtown skyline and Olympic mountains, a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine or morning cup of coffee. Comfortably furnished living room with leather sofa, rocking chair & dining table for 6. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & gas cooktop. Renovated bath with clawfoot tub & shower. Washer/dryer inside the unit.

I'm William, I've enjoyed living in Seattle's Capitol Hill for over 20 years and know the neighborhood inside and out. I have renovated each apartment in the Turret House to create 3 unique and comfortable urban retreats. I love to travel and I speak both English and French.

Seattle’s most vibrant neighborhood, full of gorgeous original homes, historic architecture, beautiful parks, all set on the hillside providing stunning views of the city skyline, water and mountains. Vibrant and eclectic shopping districts with wonderful restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs. A rare urban oasis that is quiet and peaceful yet super convenient to all the city attractions!
Apartments are charming, spacious and unique, set on a large corner lot with mature trees and flower gardens, making for a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. . . a great base for exploring the best of Seattle and the Pacific Northwest!

The Turret House was a great location and close to the bus routes. It was so clean and quiet. William was very responsive to all our inquiries and needs, When our flight got cancelled due to a major Southwest computer glitch, he was accommodating and went out of his way to help us. If we ever get back out to Seattle, we will stay here again and will definitely recommend to others!
This was our second stay at Williams turret house. As before, check in process was easy and apartment was clean and very comfortable.
What an amazing home for our out-of-town family to gather during their visit to attend my daughter's wedding in Seattle. We used all 3 units that allowed for convenience and easy access to family gatherings but also privacy and quiet time. It's a beautiful home and a wonderful Seattle location that was enjoyed by all (young and "older"). Thanks!!
We were delighted with our stay in Turret House.
The apartment is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to have
meals, play games, and relax.
We shopped at the nearby food coop and could walk to downtown, restaurants,
the apartment was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations.
We already have another reservation scheduled!
Quiet yet convenient location, close to shops, cafes & restaurants. Easy access to bus routes, a 20 min walk to downtown or short bus or cab ride. Trader Joe's Grocery store is 2 blocks away.

Off street parking is available for an additional $10/day, please request when booking. Generally there is a 3 night minimum stay; shorter says may be accepted if the your dates fill gaps in existing reservations, please inquire.
