About Christine Bandoni

We have lived here in Tiverton since 2006. We love living on the water and can not say enough about how perfect it is to wake up every day and enjoy a new view. Boating - both power and sail, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, water sports are all to be enjoyed right here in this little slice of heaven. We love cycling and enjoy the 26 mile round trip from the house to Sakonnet Point, with many gorgeous trips in between.

Christine Bandoni purchased this house in 2011

Why Christine Bandoni chose Rhode Island Coastal

We chose this home because it is a perfect waterfront home to be used for rentals and visiting family. It has been newly re-furbished and is clean and inviting. It's convenient to many beaches, Newport, Providence and Boston. Airports, train stations and busses are also close.

What makes this house unique

Walking to the local coffee shop in the morning, strolling along the town beach, watching the boats come in and out of the Sakonnet Harbor and parade past the house is a favorite activity. Full spectrum of water and nature enjoyments abound.

A slice of Paradise

  • 5 of 5

The property is absolutely amazing and in an ideal location. The scenery is peaceful, full of wild life, and serene. My mother and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we enjoyed all of the comforts of home. The sofa's were comfortable for an afternoon nap, the beds were even better for a great nights sleep, and the home was clean and modern. We did not need anything at all. We highly recommend this property for your stay. My internet connection wa awesome, food delivery was available and yummy, shops and dining were easily accessible, fresh seafood to cook at home is not even 600 ft away, so it's purrrrrrfect. I don't know what else to say, perfect as perfect could be. Thank you Christine!!

Beautiful View

  • 5 of 5

The pictures don't do justice to the views. We were there in late Oct. and the colors were beautiful across the water. Location was great access to Cape Cod, Connecticut and Newport mansions. We even went to Boston for Duck Tour and back same day. The home was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone.

Perfect Wedding Weekend Rental for Family!

  • 5 of 5

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Tiverton the weekend of my wedding (held at Bittersweet Farm in Westport). The home was clean, bright, and truly felt like a home away from home. One night my parents hosted a dinner for my fiancee's family, and another other night they relaxed overlooking the gorgeous waterfront. Christine was responsive to all of our questions and the home came with everything necessary. I highly recommend staying here, and my parents look forward to visiting again just so they can stay in this lovely rental!

The property was amazing with amazing views, Christine has this house set up so that it is very comfortable accommodating 10 people. Centrally located between one of the best coffee shop in New England, coastal roasters. Headed in the other direction black goose café was a delight specially being in walking distance great place to have breakfast lunch or just grab some pastries or a slice of pizza I was amazed that they also serve cocktails. I believe this is one amazing place where everything is within a 20 minute driving distance. Definitely will be visiting again.....
