Welcome to our townhome at One Napili Way. A spacious, three bedroom two bath residence in 14 unit boutique resort is directly adjacent to the one of Maui’s finest beaches, Napili Bay! Dates not available here? Check VRBO #750158.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to an expansive lanai. There are queen beds in the other two bedrooms. In select townhomes, the third bedroom has two twin beds for children and single guests. You will also find a queen sized bed hiding in the living room sofa. Our townhomes comfortably sleep 8 island visitors. Tropically furnished and appointed, this townhome has been designed to make your island stay the most enjoyable!

The fully equipped kitchen adds to your cooking and dining pleasure. The large lanai is perfect for an afternoon nap and also provides our guests with a wonderful dining location. Off the lanai, you will find lush tropical landscaping, a heated pool with hot tub. In the pool area we also feature two extra-large gas grills. For indoor entertainment, two cable TV's and a DVD/CD player are provided. We offer free WiFi access, free parking, a telephone with unlimited local calls, as well as a secure in room safe for your convenience.

Our beautiful resort tucked away between palm trees and warm trade winds, is just short

stroll to one of the most exquisite beaches on Maui. Within a short walking distance you will

find a choice of four excellent restaurants, three of them right on the breathtaking Maui

shoreline overlooking the pristine views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Supermarkets, coffee shops, sushi bars, a local brewery, and captivating hula shows are just moments away!

You will also find art galleries, boutiques, and souvenir shops just minutes away. A trip to Kaanapali and Whalers Village is a ten minute drive south. I'm Dave and I help the owners of the listing with all things digital. I consider myself a "digital image manager". I take the initial inquiries, answer questions, give suggestions, and handle accommodation reservations and negotiations up to the point of funds processing. From there, our friends at Vacation Resorts Hawaii take over to safely and securely process funds and secure your 3 bedroom condo at Napili Bay. Feel free to ask me any questions that come up between the time you book and the time you arrive. I've been doing this a long time now, and there are always new questions that come up. So don't feel silly for asking. The worst question is the one that was never asked. I live here on Maui, so I know what you'll need for your stay.

This gives them more time for the day to day aspects of running a small, family owned condo complex. I am NOT a property manager, just a good friend of the owners and a little tech savvy like you. You are close enough that your whole group can go to and leave the beach at their own pace. PRICELESS!!

One Napili Way caters to multi generation vacations. We normally have grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren all staying with us in the same condo or multiple condos. The pictures are representative of all condos with minor differences. All decorated and furnished the same. NOT individually owned and operated.

Perfect place to relax.

What a great place! We stayed here last week and loved it! Three great bedrooms (no tv in 2 of the rooms) but we didn't miss it because we spent all of our time in the big family room. We were walking distance from the beach with towels, lawn chairs and umbrella supplied. washer and dryer in house made life so much easier!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We spent a lovely, unforgettable week at One Napili Way in April 2016. There were 7 of us, including two young boys, ages 3 and 6. There was plenty of room for all of us in this 3 bedroom unit and it was very comfortable. We had a unit on the bottom floor, so we had a small patio as well as some grass where the kids enjoyed playing and looking for wildlife. The pool was a great hit and we all enjoyed playing there. It truly was a 2 minute walk to beautiful Napili Bay, so we could walk back and forth with ease. It truly was a vacation we will never forget, and we were extremely satisfied with these accomodations and the responses we received from the staff.

Really enjoyed our stay at one Napilli Way. Initial booking, payment and confirmation was dealt with very efficiently by Dave. Answered my emails promptly. Price compared to other 3 bedroom condos close or on the beach at Maui was very good.

Condo was clean and included all that was needed to make our stay comfortable. Minor matters that needed attention were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Swimming pool was excellent, with the hot tub a very welcome addition after spending a hour or more with the kids in the swimming pool.

Short walk to Napilli Beach. The end towards the Beach House Restaurant was more suitable for young children (U5yrs), as the end nearest to the access point had a very strong undercurrent, and there was a very quick drop off to deep water.

Lots of turtles near the rock area, as well as great snorkelling around the bay.

All in all I would strongly recommend One Napilli way for a very relaxing holiday.

Owner's Response: Aloha and thanks for coming all the way from Australia to stay with us at One Napili Way!! So glad you and your family enjoyed our location. No, we are not oceanfront, nor ocean view, but we do offer a really BIG discount compared to getting 3 one bedroom or a couple of 2 bedroom oceanfront condos. It is about a 100 yard walk from our parking lot to the center beach access at Napili Beach. We are on the ocean side of Lower Honoapiilani Road, so no worries about little ones crossing the road. Sorry to hear about the current at Napili Beach while you were here. All beaches are "living" and change shape, depth, wave patterns, and other aspects on a seasonal basis. At the time you were here, big North swells were coming in to Honolua Bay and wrapping South around the West Side of Maui. That's why the North end of Napili Bay was slightly calmer and more protected. A steep dropoff is rare at this beach, and usually disappears all together with summer time gentle waves. Winter puts the sand on the corals, and summer takes and puts it back on the beach. Really a neat renewal every spring. Thanks for all the compliments Dr Bob. Vancouver family

We enjoyed the condo and its close proximity to the pool, beach and other services. It was great for young children, especially the safety features around the pool. I would have liked a more efficient way, such as mats or towels, to deal with wet people coming back and forth from the beach and the pool. Wonderful family holiday.

It's unfortunate you didn't contact me or Chris, our property guy, as we would have been happy to get your group extra beach towels. As it is, we supply both beach towels and bath towels for all the condos, so we apologize if there was any shortage for your group. If you have any kind of issues like that next time, all you need to do is let me or someone else know. When the unexpected ends up restoring your faith in humanity

We have stayed in Napili Bay for over 30 years... We've stayed on other islands and other places in Hawaii, but never found a spot this nice. It was really easy to work with Dave to set this reservation up.

So we arrive on the plane and immediately my phone lights up with a message from Dan Wiliams(his family built the condos) that there has been a plumbing leak at our One Napili Way condo and he has booked us a place near by. Indeed, he had been able to find an ocean view condo down the road a few was nice and we didn't want to appear ungrateful but this was not Napili Bay and this whole trip was to celebrate a milestone birthday.

With a bit of trepidation, we contacted Dan and, to our delight, he completely understood. In fact, he said, "I'll do whatever it takes to make you happy". Well, within 2 hours he helped us book into a VERY nice resort on the shores of Napili Bay! He also continued to check in to make sure we were happy...truly above and beyond what he needed to do. He wanted to meet us and show us a condo unit at One Napili Way (as we still had not seen one). They look great...clean, private, close to the ocean at Napili Bay and all the amenities we have had at other nearby resort properties. Note: Upstairs units have high which gives the feeling of spaciousness.

Then, to our amazement and delight, to make up for the first day and a half of inconvenience, Dan comped us some time for a future stay at One Napili Way!! I am reminded of my favorite line from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory when Charlie does the right thing and Willy (Gene Wilder) says, "So shines a good deed in a weary world".

If you are looking for a good value at a nice property, owned by one of the good guys, near one of the best beaches in Hawaii, book 'em Dano.

Perfect location, great place!

My family and I had such a great time at One Napili Way! It is in an ideal spot, within walking distance to Napili Beach which is GREAT when you have a 3 year old and a newborn (no need to pack up a car!). The property was clean and a great size for six of us. We will definitely be back!

Napili is a little jewel of an area on Maui's west side at the northern end. We get gentle rain at night with beautiful warm, sunny days. Everything is lush and green and it's naturally cooler than Lahaina and Kaanapali because of the nice little trade wind breeze. Napili Beach is one of the best beaches on Maui. It's protected from big waves and kind of hidden. With some of the cleanest white sand around, it really is a gem. You can walk to breakfast at The Gazebo or dinner at The Seahouse from our property and walk right along the ocean to do it.
