The apartment is located in the great neighbourhood, there is everything you need right at your doorstep: grocery shops, market, lovely French cafes, restaurants. The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean on our arrival. People who manage the apartment were always very polite and responsive, the check-in also went smoothly, the welcoming person has spotted us straight away as we were carrying heavy suitcases and has offered his help to carry them upstairs. We hope to return next summer and to bring our children this time.
The location was superb. We were near so many things, taxis, metro, busses, restaurants etc. The apartment was small as one would expect but served our purposes. The bathtub was amazing, large and comfy, wonderful after a busy day of sight seeing. There was a Japanese restaurant a few doors down with great fresh food. Now for the negatives. It is listed as first floor which means one flight up in European terms. But it was several flights, 37 steps in all. Might not be a problem for most people, but for two 60+ ladies with back issues it was tough. The beds were a nightmare. The main bed wasn't comfortable at all and made awful noises. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I had to take the thin mattress off the couch and place it on the floor. The price was great, the apartment was very functional but better beds are needed.
The place is ok, the location is great, it's comfortable, luminous and with very good heating . But... There was a problem with the sofa and we couldn't use it as a bed for two people as we expected. We told them about the inconvenience but even if we got apologies it was not solved . My advice: check everything is working when you arrive, specially the sofa!
Great location , everything is great, Next time if I go to Paris I will stay this apartment again for sure 100 percent as I can walk to many shopping shop because I go to Paris for shopping and meet my old friend I do not know what to write a lot. The apartment is really perfect. There are a kitchen, big bathroom , hot tap , key lock and many comfortable thing like heater for making you warm from the cold weather and you can walk to Champs-Elyses with in 10 minutes I think because It is not that far from Paul ' s Place. I really recommend this apartment it's is really comfortable for me.
This apartment is much more spacious than a hotel room and the location is great--steps from the Louvre and some really high-end shopping further west on Rue St. Honore. Grocery store and pharmacy very close. Metro stops relatively nearby, although almost any location is at least one train change. The sofa bed is OK although the metal frame is very noisy when someone moves on it. Main bed is comfortable. Very noisy from the street--especially construction or something early in the mornings--bring and use earplugs. Plentiful linens and towels. Bathroom, with two sinks, is great--although I would add a shower curtain around the corner tub as it is hard to keep water off the floor and the close-by fabric wardrobe. A couple of suitcase stands would be welcome as there is not enough space to put away clothes. Kitchen is pretty well-stocked except no good-sized coffee mugs and mostly tiny wineglasses. We had to buy a corkscrew as there was none--which we left for the next renter. Overall. I would definitely stay here again as the usable space was really nice to have versus a typically small Parisian hotel room. Security was very good and the stairs, while uneven and a little slippery, were manageable.
Such a spacious flat in a great location. Just two blocks away from the Louvre and surrounded by a number of cafes. There are many restaurants and stores that are less than five minutes away. It's also situated in between three metro stops, which is great for those traveling out and about the city. I arrived 2 hours earlier than my scheduled check-in time and Paul's assistants were, were great in accommodating me on my early arrival so that I didn't have to wait around outside with my luggages in the Parisian rain. Louise was incredible in ensuring that I was fully settled in before she left by walking me around the flat and answering all of my questions.
- 30 seconds walk to the Louvre Museum, Tuileries Gardens and Rue

BUDGET friendly, central apartment for up to 4 people in the central Louvre district.
This stunning apartment is located in the central and upscale 1st arrondissement on the famous RUE SAINT HONORE. This area lays claim to some of Paris’ most iconic buildings and streets including the MUSEE DU LOUVRE, the TUILERIES Gardens and the PALAIS ROYAL.
This is the iconic Paris seen in films, and this apartment allows you to be part of it. You can enjoy the designer boutiques that line the famous Rue Saint Honoré, and you’re very likely to see a celebrity or two popping in and out of the high-end stores. This area also has your high street shops and other local brands in the Chatelet/Les Halles area. All of this and more within walking distance of your apartment.
When you step out of the apartment, you are but a 30 second walk to the Louvre Museum and its iconic pyramid entrance – be the first in line without the early start! You also have the Palais Royal just around the corner, or the Tuileries Gardens just around the corner, where you can recline and relax on a sunny day and people watch the passers by.
Dining out here is no issue; there is a wealth of cuisines and styles to suit your mood. On your doorstep you have classis Parisian bistros serving traditional dishes such as steak frites and foie gras, as well as the Japanese quarter serving steaming bowls of ramen all day long. Beware though, be prepared to queue, locals will queue around the corner of every restaurant to get the best ramen and noodles in town! If you have a sweet tooth, why not pop in for hot chocolate and a patisserie at Angelina’s or a biscuit or two La Cure Gourmand.
