Three bedroom + studio, three bathroom house. Accommodates: 10 (bedroom one: queen bed, bedroom two: two single beds, bedroom three: bunk bed, plus a studio apartment with two single beds and a sofa bed). Step off the grass onto the sand!

The Location - 8 Seaview Crescent is on the waterfront at Salamander Bay, with views right across the Harbour and a calm water, sandy beach right out the front. It is less than 500 metres to the Soldiers Point Bowling Club, one kilometre to the Wanda Beach shops (with a grocer, chemist, newsagent, bottleshop, butcher, baker, cafes and takeaways) and two kilometres to the Soldiers Point Marina and restaurants. Plus 15minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay.

The House - There is room for the extended family at Seaview Crescent. With an air conditioned living area with TV and DVD player, a separate sunroom with panoramic waterviews, a deck with gas BBQ and a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Three bedrooms (queen bed, two single beds and a bunk bed) and two bathrooms in the house, plus a studio unit with two single beds, a sofa bed, a TVand a bathroom. Laundry with washer and dryer and secure parking in a double lock up garage, carport and offstreet parking with room for a boat.

Personal linen is not provided but can be hired (pillow cases, sheets, towels).If required, linen hire must be orderedprior to arrival.
