We welcome you to stay and relax in our cozy, newly renovated home just 10 minutes away from Uptown Charlotte and 5 minutes away from CLT airport.

Make yourself at home in our spacious and charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Enjoy the comfort and relaxation of a quiet neighborhood. We also offer a large backyard with a seating area, a large driveway, a full kitchen, wifi, and television. All the comforts of home at an affordable price!

When entering the home, you will be met with an elegant living room with lots of natural lighting and an open floor plan. Sit back and watch a movie on the Smart TV, or relax and have a chat with friends or family, as we have enough seating to accommodate your reservation.

Make your way into our beautifully renovated kitchen where you will find all the amenities from home. Complimentary wine will be left for all of our guests. Coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups, and more are available for all your cooking needs!

As you walk through the hallway you will find 3 cozy and clean bedrooms. 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and two twin sized beds in the third bedroom await your reservation. There are two modern and chic bathrooms. One off the masterbed and the other off the hallway.

Last but not least, make your way outside to enjoy the relaxing and private backyard area. This is the space to hang, grill, and enjoy the large backyard with privacy.

We have thought of everything so you don't have to think of anything except enjoying your stay!

Nice clean place with a great yard

We enjoyed our stay the house was very clean. We do a lot of cooking when we go and there's probably a few items that need to be added to the kitchen but everything was as described and it was a lovely house. We had no issues and were able to communicate with the property manager when needed.
