Quite and very private penthouse only 1.5 block from the center of the restaurant area and 2.5 blocks (4 minutes walk) from the beach.

The condo complex of 33 units has a beautiful pool. Private parking is included

This well kept apartment has a very big master room with a king size bed, full bathroom en suite, office area, 42' TV and DVD and small balcony overlooking the church. There is a safe in the closet.

Second bedroom has queen size bed, TV and full bathroom outside the room.

The living and dining room has a white Italian angle sofa which could be used as an extra bed, TV, and dining table connected to the large American open kitchen and the utility room with washer and dryer and cold water machine.

Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

From the living room, there is direct access to the very private newly renovated rooftop which has dining for 4 persons, large open kitchen with Weber BBQ grill, 2 sun chairs, new jacuzzi 2016, shower sink - All surrounded by lots of flowers.

If you are looking for good and clean quality in walking distance to everything - restaurants/nightlife/superman.

About Michael Bolt

I arrived to Playa del Carmen in 2000 from Denmark, felt in love with Playa del Carmen and started the local dive shop Dive Mike in 8th street between 5th Avenue and the Ocean, and bought a few condos.

While running the dive shop I started a property management company, Vimex Condos which I sold 5 years later. I still run my own units with help from a property management couple, Jamie (Australia) and Manuel (Mexico).

Excellent penthouse condo in great location

We stayed here from May 6th to the 27th. We've been going to PDC for 9 years now and this is easily the best place we've rented. Situated in a convenient location, close to everything that you might require while on vacation. Minutes from 5th ave. and the beach. minutes from Walmart and the Mega Store. Surrounded by a combination of local ambiance and convenience. Several Oxxo (corner stores) in the area so easy to grab the things you might need on the fly. We rented a car for the entire time we were here and only drove it about 3 times as this condo is so conveniently located.

The condo is on 12th just above the strip that has a lot of the night clubs. We walked down and went to Pallazzo just about a block away and had an excellent night. Here's the best part; even though the condo is close to all the action ... you can't hear it from the condo. So if you want to go party you're right there near the action but if you're prone to turn in early then you won't be kept awake by any outside noise.

The condo is perfect and to be honest the pictures don't do it justice. For anyone looking for a place to get away from it all and rest this is the spot. We spent almost every evening up on the rooftop in the Jacuzzi with a few pitchers of margaritas, beers, or pina coladas. Perfect way to end the day. The rooftop shower is great as well. This place has everything you need in the way of appliances, electronics, and of course the BBQ.

We had a few super minor things come up while we were there and the property managers Jamie and Manuel were ready and waiting to deal with it. They really go above and beyond to ensure that you're stay is as close to perfect as it can be. No matter where you stay the occasional thing will come up that needs attending. That's to be expected. The real issue is how well those issues are dealt with. Jamie and Manuel were so easy to deal with and accommodating.

Add to all this that the ADO bus station is about 1/2 a block from the condo and catching a bus back to the airport is SO easy. This was easily the most seamless trouble free vacation we have been on and it's entirely thanks to Playa Kaan 24 as well as Jamie and Manuel. This place is a gem.

This condo was fantastic.

This condo was fantastic. Easy walking distance to Walmart, 5th avenue, the beach clubs, etc. Right near Congo Bongos and Catch (Thompson Hotel). However you could not hear any music as Congo bongos music is inside the club, so it was very quiet. The upstairs terrace was great for hanging out and taking a shower after coming back from the beach, the outside shower on the terrace even has hot water, great for taking a shower after coming back from the beach.

Picking up a cab was very easy either on 15th or 10th depending on which way you were going.

There were four adults and we had more then enough room. We cooked breakfast every morning before heading to the beaches and had snacks in the late afternoon. Jamie and Manuel the property managers were attentive to any requirements, even helping us make reservations at two nearby restaurants.

I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. Loved it. It has gotten me off AL’s for good.

Great stay

Even before our arrival, Michael was very accommodating. Open our arrival the property managers Jamie and Manuel were very helpful in giving us recommendations as to where to eat, groceries and othe local highlights. The condo was comfortable and we loved the privacy of the roof top terrace. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Great Condo. Great Location

We had a pleasant stay at the condo. Just the first day we had some boiler issues but they inmediatly fixed it.

Also, they hot water doesn't have enough pressure to get to the jacuzzi. This would be helpful to get fixed.

We loved it. Thanks for everything!

Great location and outdoor private dining facilities

The apartment was ideal for our travelling needs. We stayed with our teenage daughters who enjoyed the space and the facilities. It's always good to have plenty of room when travelling with teenagers.

The apartment is well located to the centre of activities and shopping. It felt secure and using codes meant we didn't have to worry about keys. The facilities in the apartment were all in good order and the air conditioning worked well. We did not figure out how to turn on the hot water but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The upstairs outdoor dining area was brilliant. It was private and a great get away from the busy surrounds. The pool was good although we didn't use it much.

Overall we felt it was good value for money and we would stay here if we visited the area again.

Excelent apartment with everything you need.

This place had everything we needed with a touch of luxury that just made the stay a bit more enjoyable. Beds comfortable, nice and big kitchen with even hot drinkable water, yacuzzi and nice swimmingpool to cool of :) I would enjoy staying here again and aim to do just that. Only dislike would have to be the fritch wich I found a bit noisy, but I have to admit that I am very sensible.
