2BR/2BA Sea Beauty is a super-cute Cayman Style gingerbread 2BR cottage with very nice amenities located in the Cottage District on the island's south coast. Only 25 minutes to George Town, Sea Beauty is unique from other properties we manage in that it has over 300' of private fenced beachfront, but the home itself is built across the street from the beach. The beach is all yours while on island, with beach palapas for shade, hammocks, beach chaises, snorkeling and plenty of shade trees. Bone-fishing, kite-boarding, snorkeling, kayaking and many other watersports can all be done from this beach.
Only a mile from the famous Lighthouse Restaurant and South Coast Bar in Breakers…there are nearby options for dining, drinks and entertainment. LOCAL ownership by a thoughtful owner keeps this home in excellent shape. Owner offers personal contact with the guest both before arrival and during the stay for any questions you might have.
Sea Beauty’s Unique Features:
-While the beach is across the street, the owners have provided everything a vacationing couple or small family could need! Read under the shady beach palapas, nap in the oceanfront hammocks, or kick back with a drink in the beach chaises and soak in the views.

Cathy & Jerry have thought of everything when they furnished this beautiful cottage. Anything you need to cook with, coolers & towels for the beach, cleaning products & laundry supplies...such a savings. We had a wonderful welcome basket with fruit, cheese, crackers, chocolate and more waiting wren we got there. The private beach is so peaceful. We can't thank then enough for making our stay so memorable.
Sea Beauty was the perfect set up for us to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! We spent time on the beach, snorkeled, explored the island, and took naps in the hammocks in the shade. We loved the location- away from the hustle and bustle but centrally located so you are close to everything. The Fraziers are gracious hosts and a wealth of information about the island and its history. What a great trip!
My family and I stayed at this pristine home over our daughter's spring break, April 2-7th, and were blown away at how clean and well maintained the home and the entire property were, but more so, how warm and welcoming the managers, Cathy and Jerry were to us. They met us at the home (which has never happened with any other vacation rental we have used) and showed us around the house and the private beach ( yes you have your own private beach) across the street. The private beach is fenced in, which was wonderful for us, as we had not only our 15 yr old, but our 19 month old with us on this trip. Speaking of our 19 month old; I had emailed asking if they had a pack-n-play at the house ( for him to sleep in) or if we should rent one on our arrival, Cathy emailed back stating she had bought one and a high chair too for us to use! Thru out our stay both Cathy and Jerry were very accessible and happy to assist with anything we needed. I just can't say enough about how beautiful the home, property and especially Cathy and Jerry are. If you are staying in Grand Cayman this is the home to rent. We can't wait to come back again
What a lovely week we spent in Sea Beauty. It is everything described and more. The owners have thought of everything a visitor may need, even a cell phone to use while visiting. We especially enjoyed the comfortable mattress and the Egyptian cotton sheets. The home is beautiful and the private beach access is a place to relax and take in the beauty of the ocean. We even took our tablet and watched a movie at sunset while relaxing in the beach chairs. It is a short distance to Rum Point and Tukka Restaurant at East End. The hospitality shown to us at Sea Beauty was a blessing to us both. We would highly recommend staying in this cottage when coming to the Cayman Islands.
We had a week in paradise in this cottage. It is as lovely as it appears in these photos, the private beach is a place to enjoy the water and sand. The owners thought of every item a visitor would need.
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east; so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. The homes in “Cottage” on the south east coast offer great reef protected snorkeling as well as proximity to the best SCUBA diving operations/dive sites on the entire island. www.oceanfrontiers.com and www.tortugadivers.com are two of the best in east end. Cottage, being on the south coast, also enjoys fewer “nor’wester” storms in winter and the water tends to be very calm on the beaches. The larger Fosters grocery store in Savannah is only 15 minutes drive west…as are the Subway store, Wendy’s, DVD rental spots and Savannah medical clinic/pharmacy. Cottage is also very near the Lighthouse Restaurant (www.lighthouse.ky) and the Queen Elizabeth Botanical Garden on Frank Sound Road. Lastly; Cottage is much closer to Georgetown and 7 Mile Beach than Rum Point and the north coast; so if frequent trips to the West Bay area are anticipated, a villa in Cottage, Frank Sound or in “Breakers” might be a good choice.
