The kitchen offers a table for 6 and breakfast bar and is fully equipped for your convenience. The huge master suite has a California King bed, 42' LCD TV, luxurious tub & separate shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size Captain's bed with drawers underneath and 32'' LCD TV. The third and fourth bedrooms have Queen beds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom Including the queen hide-a-bed in the living room couch the house sleeps 8 -10 people comfortably.

This home also features cable TV with all the movie channels (HBO, Cinemax, Stars, Encore & more), high speed broadband wireless internet, unlimited local, domestic long distance phone service and an HP all-in-one printer/copier/scanner/fax so you're never out of touch. All bedding, towels, kitchenware, and everything else you need is waiting for you to come fire up the Grill Master gas grill and relax in the large private backyard. About Bob Fox

Hello. Thank you for visiting our listing. Though I've lived in many places and done many things in my life, I've always considered Nevada my home. I lived in Las Vegas as a youngster in the early sixties, when Las Vegas was just a spot in the road. I grew up at Lake Tahoe in Northern Nevada. I lived in Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area, and throughout Northern California working as a closed circuit TV and photo finish operator for the horse races. I'm a former Federal police officer. I worked on the Alaska oil pipeline and also spent many years as a fine art dealer, specializing in modern masters, early Alaskan pioneer artists and historical artifacts. I lived in Santa Barbara, California for several years before moving to Newport Beach, where I was President of a systems integration company and General Manager of a company which manufactured closed circuit TV equipment for the security industry worldwide. It was on one of my trips to South America that I met my wife, Lina. She's a retired university psychology professor, mother of six, grandmother of eleven and the love of my life.

I've worked with the Reno Philharmonic to put on an art festival in conjunction with their annual 4th of July concert in the park. I was on the Board of Trustees of the Carson Valley Historical Society. I founded an organization named Charity Support Services which connected local businesses with nonprofit organizations and, most recently, was CFO of the International Food Security Treaty Campaign which is working to pass an treaty through the United Nations which would make Freedom From Hunger a basic human right enforceable by international law.

Expansive four bedroom house fits a family nicely. Beautiful big backyard. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Walking trails and parks increase the value of this home. Super convenient free way access. Owner is helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at this property during my summer vacation with my family. The listing descriptions was accurate and the location was not too far from the strip. The property was clean and well-maintained, I was very happy to walk into a house that smelled really good. The owner, Bob, was very helpful in answering all my emails and phone calls. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would definitely contact him again about his properties. I will most definitely recommend this property to my friends and family and anyone with a big group who is spending a few nights visiting Las Vegas.
