Beautiful historic home in the heart of old San juan

  • 5 of 5

A pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place steps away from everything. Our hosts were lovely. Parking was difficult but the parking garages down by the cruise ships are not far and very reasonable. The French cafe on the corner was an added bonus.

In the heart of Viejo San Juan!

  • 5 of 5

When we arrived, we found our hostess standing outside in the heat with sawhorses holding off a parking spot for us so that we could unload our luggage. Their graciousness continued like this in many ways throughout our stay. Ralph and Raquel were wonderful hosts. Minor issues were addressed immediately and with grace and kindness. We appreciated the historic aspect of the 211 year old building and were grateful to be in the heart of Viejo San Juan. Parking was not easy on the streets but 8 or 9 dollars for overnight parking in Doña Fela just a 10 minute walk away gave us plenty of opportunity to see things as we walked back and forth. Ralph brought us fresh mangoes and even left us with a parting gift of a wonderfully aromatic coffee from Puerto Rico which was utterly delightful. We recommend this property and wish to express our gratitude to the owners for making this a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great visit

  • 5 of 5

The 6 of us had a great time in this beautiful home! The apartment had everything that we needed and was in a great location. Ralph and Raquel were great hosts and responded to all of our questions immediately. They put us in contact with great people that showed us around the island. It was easy to get to El Yunque, the Caverns, and several beaches. We loved our stay and would recommend this property!

A lovely old San Juan home

  • 5 of 5

My niece and I shared this home for our first visit to old San Juan. We couldn't have been happier with the location and the neighborhood, and we really appreciated the opportunity to experience the authentic and historic architecture. Ralph and Raquel are extremely kind, gracious and accommodating and we hope for the chance to visit them in the future. Also, the Mezzanine (bar) above the St. Germain restaurant just four doors away became our favorite nightcap spot for great drinks and conversation with the staff.
