Guestbook comments from the manager

Dear Scott-We tried to submit our review but were unable to do so. If you would like to submit it please feel free. Thank you for everything-we enjoyed our stay.

We planned a little wedding in Santa Fe around Christmas. My husband and I thought the house was a perfect little honeymoon retreat. We had a few family members for dinner and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we needed. Someone with an eye for detail was in charge of the decorating. I found myself walking around taking pictures of the charming details around the house. On Christmas the courtyard was covered with a white blanket of snow. We had some minor issues with a shortage of hot water on the first day. The issue was promptly addressed and resolved by the property owner. There is a nice Whole Foods just a couple miles away. We liked shopping there and using the beautiful kitchen to cook. The surrounding area is beautiful for a walk. There are tons of locals out walking their dog's. The queen size bed is a little hard. Some of details we appreciated were the soft plush towels, soft linens, fluffy pillows, pretty dishes and utensils, Viking range, sub zero refrigerator/freezer, a nice view out every window, the humidifier, and of course the decorating.

perfect house for a Santa Fe get away

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time! The house was clean and well stocked and screamed Santa Fe cuteness. great location, we walked everywhere. We loved the house so much that we actually cooked twice just because we enjoyed being in the space! Thanks, Tim

For its location & attention to detail, it would be hard to beat Casa Tenorio.

  • 5 of 5

My sister & I just spent two glorious October weeks in Santa Fe, and we were 100% pleased with our little Eastside adobe, “Casa Tenorio.” Lovingly restored with attention to the small details that we notice & appreciate, it was a perfect space for 2 (& 2 small dogs)! Canyon Road is literally a block or 2 away, so we were able to leave our car at “home” and walk to & fro. Even the Plaza was less than a mile’s walk. A 2-week stay meant doing some personal laundry, so we enjoyed the convenience of having a washer/dryer. And while the kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and cookware, we mainly used the coffee maker (to avoid the long line at the Daily Subscription), and the fridge & microwave for storing/reheating food left over from many wonderful restaurant meals. We also enjoyed quite a few kiva fires in the evenings & really appreciated the pile of piñon logs in the side yard. We did not make use of the beautiful little patio area as we were usually on the go...maybe next time? The few, extremely minor “problems” we had were dealt with promptly by Scott (e.g., needing new batteries for the TV remote, or fixing the cable reception when “one of us” accidentally hit a random button & threw the TV into limbo...). I would say that due to the number of houses that share the small parking courtyard, one compact car is the way to go. Will we be back? You October, the primo month in Santa Fe!

Excellent Choice Walk Everywhere

  • 5 of 5

Two of us did an "art" week in Santa Fe and found this to be an excellent choice for our walking, touring, gallery-hopping, dining out vacation week. The Manager was immediately on site and responsive to one minor problem with the WIFI which was fixed. The property is modern, clean, quiet, really pretty much perfect for an experience of the real old Santa Fe without sacrificing modern comforts and convenience. The kitchen is gorgeous, beds, bathrooms all top notch.

Perfect Casita for our month long stay

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I loved staying here! The casita is decorated beautifully and is so comfortable. We worked during the day and enjoyed Santa Fe by night. Very quiet place for us to work and to recharge our batteries. We loved the fact that we could park our car and walk everywhere.

Scott, the property manager was always available and helpful with any questions that we had.

Highly recommend this rental and we plan on a return visit!

comfortable casa

This was our second stay in this pleasant property that is in a quiet location with walking access to Canyon Street shops, restaurants, etc.

Our golden retrievers had a good time with local walks and mountain hikes.

Excellent and very responsive property managers.
