This is a newer development and most of the construction is complete in our direct neighborhood but they recently resumed construction on two cabins below. As such there is a potential for noise.

Other things to note
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.

✹ The pool is serviced frequently for cleanings. The pool cleaning charge is included in the overall cleaning fee. Due to the timing of the cleanings, our pool cleaning crew may need to access the cabin during your stay.

✹ A composting facility located nearby can sometimes create an odor that affects the surrounding area as far away as The Parkway & Dollywood. It is generally not a significant issue, but it does occur, unfortunately. The occurrence cannot be predicted and is dependent on multiple factors, including wind/weather conditions, time of year or day, and what the city is doing at the facility at any given time.

✹ We provide a starter pack that includes: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a starter supply of bath soap and shampoo, one paper towel roll, dish soap, and two trash bags. Please bring any additional items you may need for your stay.
