Ths unit is Pet Friendly!* This second floor condo has one bedroom (queen) and a sleeper sofa (queen). It features a full kitchen/bar area for dining, a large den area, a large deck with unobstructed views of downtown Asheville and Beaucatcher Mountain. It also includes a washer and dryer.
*There is a small pet fee.
When you look at the quote for your dates, the rates may be different than what you saw on the previous screen. This is because we have lower rates on weeknights, and the previous screen shows the weeknight rate as our only rate. If you picked weekend dates then the rates will be higher. Downtown Asheville is VERY popular on the weekends but not quite as busy during the week. In order to accommodate this we lowered our weeknight rates. For last minute bookings, we also offer discounts and flexibility on minimum stays of two nights on weekends. All of your costs are calculated automatically with the correct rates when you select your dates in the online booking window.
For parking, we recommend the public garage under Aloft hotel on Biltmore Ave. It's close to The Altamont Condos and not very expensive. Many guests leave their cars for their stay and walk around downtown and use a ride sharing service if needed.

Some of the LEED certification requirements met in this historic renovation are: - All hot water is solar. - Steel framing, sheet rock, and other materials are recycled. - Materials from the building that were removed were recycled and diverted from landfills. - Many new materials are non-emitting. An awesome condo right in the heart of downtown Asheville!
A beautiful condo that was well appointed and right in the heart of downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We will definitely return to this location!
Love the charm of an older loft, and the upgrades were perfect. Great walking location. Parked the car and enjoyed 3 days of Asheville!
Great place - centrally located
We stayed here with our two dogs and loved being able to walk to all of the breweries in South Slope, and to reservations at Tupelo Honey and Curate. The place is clean and has everything you need (not that there would be any reason to cook at home in Asheville!!)
Ideal Location, comfortable Quarters
Perfect location for restaurants @nd downtown activities. Accommodations were adequate, not luxurious, but very comfortable and wife and I will stay here again when we come back.

Providing pet friendly units is somewhat of a balancing act. Luxury items can quickly turn into expensive replacements when pets are involved. We're dog lovers and have had Huskies and now Cocker Spaniels. We use our experience to make a point to be well prepared for pets being there. We want our four legged guests to be comfortable, and not have their companions worry about expensive damage to a luxury sofa or chair.
We're very happy that we can provide all too rare pet friendly units.
Great location, nice condo
About everything downtown is within walking distance of the unit. The unit is nice and has a sizeable rear balcony. Parking is the only tricky part as there is not a designated spot for the unit, but we didn’t have trouble finding a meter nearby. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.
