We have been staying at Simba Run since 1990. We were renters before we decided to buy our vacation home at Simba Run. In 2003, to accommodate more family and friends, we acquired a 3 bedroom home at Beaver Creek Resort (listing # 335923).

We selected Simba Run as our vacation home because of the ammenities. We enjoy the outdoor whirlpool after a day of skiing and the refreshing pool after a hot summer hike. The shuttle bus provides convenient access to Vail Village (during ski season) and drops us close to the gondola at Lionshead Village.

What makes this condo unique

What makes Simba Run 1104 special: Views of Vail mountain and the gondola. Conveniently located to the Simba Run pool facility. Large walk out patio on the lawn ideal for summer BBQ. We will occasionally see foxes and other wildlife on the lawn.

Our family of four had a fantastic visit to Vail, staying at a Simba Run condo (1104). The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed making meals in the fully furnished kitchen, swimming in the large swimming pool and outdoor hot tub, gazing upon the beautiful mountains and walking along the nearby trail. it is located close to Vail village--with numerous shops, restaurants and a creek side pathway. Great summer vacation!

Nicely updated condo, friendly front desk staff, easy walk (in summer) to Lionshead Village and Vail Village. Liked the easy access to the recreation path. It was a nice condo layout for 2 couples and an infant.

Great Condo

Great condo in Simba Run, close to pool and parking and convenient to skiing. Shuttle to slopes and Vail village is frequent and reliable. We have stayed at multiple units in Simba, this is one of the best. Thanks Madonna for the wine.

Great week's stay!

We had a wonderful week in Vail staying in your home! Mid-January weather was like late-February. Snow early in the week and then bright sunshine. The unit was great - comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was there and Simba Run is very convenient with excellent amenities. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated. We hope to stay with you again! Thanks-

Only the "Best" will do at Simba Run #1104!

This condo at Simba Run is just amazing! This is my second stay at this great condo. The entire condo is in immaculate condition. The granite in the kitchen is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you could need for your stay. A cleaning crew came in twice to clean the condo during my stay. I was at the condo for thirty two days recovering from right hip reconstruction and its proximity to the Steadman Clinic makes it very appealing. The condo is equipped with everything you need after surgery such as: Tempurpedic mattresses, shower stool, and a step to get into bed. It also has very nice flat screen t.v's for your down time. I used the gym before surgery and the heated pool for therapy after surgery. Simba Run is a great place to stay whether you are there to ski or to have surgery due to how close it is to the slopes and the hospital. There are two grocery stores down the street, the City Market and Safeway. The owner of the condo is always accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that you may have. She is a great person! I recommend this condo to every one I know! If you are lucky enough to stay here there are a lot of great places to eat. Westside Cafe, Flame in Four Seasons Hotel, Montauk Seafood, Sweet Basil, Yama Sushi, Terra Bistro, Blue Moose Pizza, and the Northside Coffee and Kitchen in Avon. These are places not to miss, especially the Westside Cafe. It's where the locals go! If you go you will have an awesome time. Enjoy your stay!

Located 1.5 miles west of Vail Village on the north side of I-70. Simba Run offers private resort shuttle service to the lifts during the ski season. Simba Run is located on the free Vail Town Bus route providing daily transportation year around. Secure underground parking is available. There is a bike and walking path to Vail Village located directly in front of the building.

Is traffic noise an issue in the Vail Valley?

Vail Resort is located in a beautiful Colorado valley accessible by the I-70 interstate. All Vail Resort properties in the village and surrounding areas, along I-70, are subject to freeway noise. Traffic noise is generally only noticeable during the summer months when windows and doors are open. Since noise travels up the valley slopes, homes and condos located at higher levels can be noisier. Simba Run 1104 is located on the first floor so traffic noise is barely audible except when the windows and doors are open.

The Owner will forward reservation details and guest contact info to Wyndham Vacation Rentals and a Wyndham Agent will contact the guest to process the booking with a credit card. Wyndham will provide the guest the reservation confirmation. Wyndham is the local management company for this property.

A valid credit card is required to confirm reservation and for damages. A deposit equal to 2 nights accommodations is due within 7 days of booking. The final rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (except during the period 12/24-1/1 which is 60 days). Wyndham Vacation Rentals will process the booking with a credit card and provide the confirmation. Inquire about long term bookings.
