Lovely, three-bedroom house in Vermilion Ohio. All knotty pine, 2 very large first floor master bedrooms, large dormer upstairs, large front porch, gorgeous kitchen, living room, dining room, play room and bath. Charming, cozy and immaculate.
Located in Beulah Beach.
There is a large play ground for the kids, a gorgeous beach, a brand new swimming pool, basket ball courts, soccer field and a wonderful creek. There are also summer camps for kids of all ages (up to 17). So moms and dads can have a great vacation while the kiddos are having the time of their lives at camp. (For additional information on the summer camp program go to www.beulahbeach.org)
So spend a day at Cedar Point and then head off to the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame and visit the many sites of Cleveland (USS Mather, the USS Cod submarine, the many nightclubs in the Flats by the Cuyahoga River, the Science Museum, or catch an Indians game) (Cleveland really is a great city) and come home to a night of sitting on the porch or at the beach, or take a trip into Vermilion for ice cream. The combinations and possibilities are endless.
Our house offers you days of quiet by the beach, or pool or front porch, with day trips to Vermilion, Sandusky, Huron, Milan, Norwalk, and Cleveland, as well as the Lake Erie Islands. You will have a vacation to remember for always.
Our house is also about 40 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic - and is also a perfect, peaceful place for family members or for the patient' s peaceful recuperation.

We bought our home at the Beulah Beach as our retirement villa business. It is beautiful.
It is a beautiful vacation spot that is also a summer camp - and just made for kids and families and couples and everybody!!!!
Kate and Don could not have been more gracious or attentive as our hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a basket of goodies for our morning awakenings including a fresh carton of Half and Half, French Vanilla Creamer and plenty of coffee packets for the week -- much appreciated on those cold winter mornings!
We came to the North Coast for a holiday week family visit and this remarkable Beach House became our home base for the week. The location was so convenient as a base for travels back and forth on the North Coast as we went back and forth between Hudson, Huron, Sandusky, Cleveland, Bay Village, Vermilion and Avon. We could not have been happier with the location as we were seeking something a bit quieter and yet still close to all the places we needed to be -- this was perfect. We were quite amazed how quickly and easily we could get back and forth to all these places!
The home went beyond our expectations! So open, bright and spacious -- meticulously clean and thoroughly and beautifully appointed. The open floorplan and high ceilings give it a really wonderful feel and we loved the knotty pine! We had family guests come and stay over several nights and there was plenty of sleeping and gathering room for all.
Even though it was "off season", we had plenty of opportunity to get out and walk the grounds of the Beulah Beach community which is situated right on Lake Erie -- the views there are amazing -- you can even see the tall coasters over at Cedar Point from there. There were several spectacular dark starry nights we walked down to the shore for that amazing view.
We hope to come back in the summertime to see Beulah Beach in season -- it looks like a wonderful family resort! We highly recommend this place!
My son, daughter-in--law, husband and I stayed in here in December. It was wonderful that we were able to bring our little dog too. The house was very clean and cozy. We had all the comforts of home that we could possibly need. We were in town for a family holiday gathering, so we were able to make food to take with us in the fully stocked kitchen. It was a very cold and icy weekend, but we were very warm and comfortable. Thank you to Kate for sharing her home with us!
In great need of some R and R? This is a very comfortable uncrowded home to stay! Super clean! The kitchen awesome! The beds comfortable! Plenty of room! 2 tables n chairs. My husband used on for his desk ! A piano! 2 recliners! The living room is bigger than picture shows! Also, shopping in Vermillion was wonderful. Swan candle company amazing! Still laughing at sayings on a local t-shirt shop! Plenty of local places to eat, all price ranges! Owner Kate very accommodating and pleasant! Would highly recommend the house and area! The minute you see the round Beulah Beach sign THIS IS WHERE YOU TURN. No street sign for Indiana St and you will miss your turn! Close to everything! Three minute walk to lake, beach, but pool is across street! They have a special underpass for you to use! You will need wrist bands for pool entrance, we left ours there! Pleasant neighborhood enjoyed short walk to lake. Have benches to enjoy sunset watching over lake! We got the relaxation we needed in a very pleasant environment!!!
First off, let me just say that Kate is a great owner. She was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and was able to accommodate every one of our requests. Not only that, she went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed upon our arrival by the little "extras" she provided. We stayed here over the holidays, and we couldn't be happier.
This cottage/home had everything we needed. As we were staying here over the Christmas holiday and knew family would be popping in a visiting, we knew we would be cooking and baking. This home had everything we needed - and then some. Cooking was a breeze in this well appointed kitchen.
We definitely will look to stay here again. Thanks for everything!
Wow!! A last minute vacation that was absolutely WONDERFUL! This property offers Hotel amenities from linens to Kitchen needs beyond cookware to basic coffee needs. Truly pack your clothes and be assured anything you might forget will be there. Can't wait to go back
My husband and I and our little dog spent several wonderful days in this cottage. Beulah Beach is a small, residential community just outside of Vermillion and has a very nice public park along the Lake which we could easily walk to from the cottage. The cottage is one of the best we have ever rented. It is open and roomy, bright and clean. The furniture and beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is a pleasure to use since it has everything you would need. We felt like pampered guests.
Located close to Cedar Point, Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari Water Park, Lake Erie Islands, Lakeview Park, Huron, local wineries, Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic. Our house is centrally located to do lots of things.
