Great view!

  • 4 of 5

This cabin met our needs as we visited the east side of Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley area. We used the grill and ate each night on the deck. Janeth shared information about a few local spots for food, craft beer and even a great local butcher. If you are looking for a place with access to Whitefish, Columbia Falls and GNP, this made a good headquarters.

Perfect for exploring the area!

  • 5 of 5

Loved our stay at Janeth's cabin. We've stayed at numerous vacation rentals. This one was one of the best! Stunning views from the deck. Incredibly clean interior with everything you could need to make your stay extremely comfortable. 25 minutes to the West Glacier entrance to GNP. Close to Whitefish, Bigfork, etc. which made it perfect for exploring the Flathead Valley. Highly recommend!!

Peaceful stay in perfect quiet location

  • 5 of 5

our stay was excellent at this property. The couple who manage the property are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs while offering excellent advice on everything from places to eat in town, where to pick up delicious steaks/meats for grilling to quiet hiking trails. We stayed at this location for a week and use it as our rest and relax space to our base for excursions. The cabin was very well equipped and accommodating and spacious. There was a television in the cabin but I cannot understand why anyone would desire to waste time on TV when you have the serenity of this cabin and location. We sat on the deck over looking the flathead river and watched kayak and rafter float by having fun while an eagle floated effortlessly above it all. Just so very peaceful!!

I cannot say enough about our positive experience. Definitely on our radar to return soon.

Great place - beautiful scenery & comfortable!

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our visit to Columbia Falls/Glacier National Park in June 2017 and wished we could have stayed longer. Janeth was great to work with, the place is as it is pictured. The scenery around is really beautiful. The trees growing up along side the river bank are a little taller/larger than some of the pictures, but the view is still breathtaking. It is a log cabin, and you can hear on the lower level when someone is walking on the upper level so keep that in mind if you have light sleepers. We would return to stay beyond a doubt!

Great cabin

  • 5 of 5

Had a great experience. Janeth and Roy couldn't have been nicer. Convenient location to West Glacier, FCA and Whitefish. Tour of lumber mill and riding in front end loader was icing on the cake for my son. Thanks Janeth and Roy

Cabin with a View!!!

  • 5 of 5

July 25-29, 2017. Great place to stay!! This was our first of 3 vacation rentals on a 2 week vacation at Glacier National Park, and it was by far the best!! Janeth met us at the door to greet us and show us around, and was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. The cabin provided all the comforts of home, from being well stocked with everything we needed to cook or grill our own meals when we wanted, to offering beautiful views from the deck to wind down after busy days in the park. Caught a couple of colorful sunrises over the mountains, eagles soaring over the river, and even some deer playing down in the water. Heads up if you're a light sleeper, there are tracks nearby and the trains run through here on a regular basis, but once the engines go by they're pretty quiet and while we heard them occasionally they weren't bothersome. All in all a great place to stay, and we definitely would come back!!!
