Mom said "I thought it was great all around. Great for kids with beach, playground. Grandma said "I liked the clear communications from the Parks (Liz and Charles of iTrip), their prompt answers to all my questions, and their timely professional reminders. The location is very convenient. It was a successful vacation stay!"
Great resort with small family feel. Enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. We enjoyed talking long walks in the beach every evening.
Our family enjoyed our week's stay at Surf Beach Resort #304. The condo was very comfortable, convenient, and accessible to local restaurants and shopping. The view of the beach was very visible from both of our sliding glass doors. We only moved our vehicle one time during the entire week and that was to visit John's Pass which was 1.3 miles away. Local restaurants , grocery store, drug stores, and souvenior shops all within a couple blocks walking distance. We met a lot of super nice families at the pool and the fireworks show on the beach was the best! Definitely a memorable trip!
We enjoyed our stay. Space was clean, everything worked appropriately, staff helpful. Pool was nice and the beach a few steps away Very pleasant area lots to do
Excellent place to stay on Treasure Island. The listing description and photos were very accurate. The customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this property to others and stay there again. The kids had a great time too and the property came with lots of beach toys and equipment, which was good since we flew in. Very convenient location, most restaurants were a short drive or even walk away.
My family and I had a very nice stay at this condo. I really appreciated the space as a 2 bed/2 bath condo. Everyone loved being on the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were great! Internet was fast. The building manager was very helpful and assisted us with local restaurant options and parking a second vehicle on certain days. The AC broke while we were there and the management company was very responsive in fixing it. A few minor suggestions. The second bedroom has the only window other than the small window in the kitchen without curtains and it looks directly onto the elevator. We had trouble getting the blinds to close completely and really wished there were curtains for additional privacy. The kitchen could use some more dishes, utensils, and cookware (pots, pans, mixing bowls). We kept running out of bowls and silverware in particular. The second bathroom could use a towel drying bar on the blank wall and hand towel holder to the right of the sink. There is a nice drying rack outside on the desk, but it was extremely windy while we were there and were afraid our stuff would blow away. For those with large vehicles (like our SUV), the assigned parking space is at the end, near the curve, and next to a concrete pillar on the right. It was near impossible to get our SUV in, as the neighbor already had parked his/her SUV in their spot on the left and the person behind had parked his/her large Caddy crooked, limiting the angle to pull in. We could only get it in by driving the opposite direction of the one-way flow of the garage. These are minor points and I would definitely recommend the condo! We would stay here again and I really appreciated the excellent communication from the owner as well. Thanks for a great vacation!
the unit looked very inviting...it did have everything we needed. however, the matress, at least for fat old me, was horrible...each day i had back spasms all day...after 8 days i slept on the couch which was dated but worked out ok for me. i apologize for complaining. the unit was just too small for me and the table to eat on was wobbly and we had to prop the legs to help stabilize it...as you can see i have opted to rent a larger unit which im sure will be much better suited to me. my wife was very comfortable as were our guests. my wife did quite a bit of cleaning which is always here choice...itrip was extremely helpful and was right there for us....the tv froze a couple of times and they showed me just to unplug and replug to get it back . the location has to be one of the nicest locations we stayed at in the 6 years we have been coming down....we look forward to next year and thank you for being so helpful. ohhh, an after thought....had to buy a bath mat as the tub was too scary for me.
