This is a great house, very clean, nicely equipped and quite spacious! It has a great layout for a family/two couples/group of a few friends. The kitchen and family room are nicely separated from the bedrooms so noise is not an issue (in our case for sleeping children). All three bedrooms are upstairs, master with a bath and the two other bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill setup. Small private back porch with a patio, table and chairs where we enjoyed some wine, afternoon snacks, more wine... It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but close (easy walking distance) to Audubon Park/Zoo, restaurants, coffee shop called District: Donuts and Coffee Bar, Wholefoods, etc on Magazine St. Parking is right in front of the house in the driveway (big bonus), would fit two cars.
We would absolutely stay here again. It is probably the cleanest rental we have ever used, and feels like a home. Thank you!!
My family stayed here for four nights. The house is a great size, very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Liz was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had leading up to our arrival.
I would definitely stay here again!
Perfect place to stay
Can't even begin to describe how much my family and I loved staying here. The house was so cute and was very clean. Everyone felt safe and the house was located in a quiet neighborhood located close to restaurants and a coffee shoppe. There is also a grocery store within walking distance.
Would definitely stay here again.
Great home! Close in and convenient.
Lovely spacious home. We walked to several restaurants and had a really nice stay.
Beautiful House With Great Location
We were very pleased with the house and the location! The house is just as pictured and is actually more spacious and lovely in person. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking meal and relaxing with some coffee in the morning. Forgot to mention, the beds are very comfortable.
You are in close proximity to Magazine Street, which offers a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes. The neighborhood his beautiful and safe.
Liz, thank you for letting us enjoy your house! We’re looking forward to returning and staying at you place.
Sincere thanks for being a perfect guest! I do hope you and your family come back.
Beautiful, well-equipped home on great area
Absolutely loved staying in this home! Had everything we needed and was convenient to everything such as restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Liz was extremely easy to work with and responsive.
Fantastic uptown location 4 short blocks to Audubon Park. Right off Magazine St. and State St. Around the corner from Whole Foods, many cafes, coffee shops, boutiques and great local New Orleans restaurants. Within walking distance to Tulane and Loyola Universities.
