UPSTAIRS: Family living begins on the upstairs level in the spacious air conditioned and tiled open plan area which includes a fully equipped kitchen with wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge/ freezer, breakfast bar and plenty of bench space to prepare meals, a large timber dining table with modern high back chairs seating up to 12 guests plus a relaxed seating area adjacent to the kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead out to a covered entertainment balcony with outdoor setting, BBQ, bar fridge and views over the sparking in-ground swimming pool. The property also offers a formal sunken lounge room on this level which includes quality leather furnishings, large flat screen TV and DVD player with Foxtel IQ2. The main bedroom is also positioned upstairs and includes a king size bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robes plus a private ensuite bathroom with spa bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2x king single beds, bedside table and mirrored built. There is a 2nd bathroom on this level which has a glass shower and vanity with separate toilet (see floor plan).

DOWNSTAIRS: There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and internal laundry facilities located on the ground floor. The 3rd bedroom has a split king bed, bedside tables and mirrored built-in robe with the 4th bedroom offering a double size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe and sliding glass door access to the rear yard and swimming pool. The 5th bedroom is an ideal teenagers retreat offering 1x bunk bed plus 1xsingle king and 1x trundle bed (converts to a king bed for couples).     This property is offered fully self-contained and is not serviced. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are supplied with all bookings made after 25/8/15. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied however we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
