Queens Apartment Rental Photos and Description

Have lavish dinner parties, reunions and business meetings all in the same space.

Want to fit it all in to that fast New York minute, charge your batteries on the east side of the River in the little village of Dutch Kills in a very comfortable home with everything you can need. This Apartment is on the 2nd (top) floor of 2 story house with a renovated historic Gastro pub called Dutch Kills Centraal on the ground floor. The flat features 3 over-sized bed-rooms. Two of them both have full size beds. The 3rd family friendly bedroom has a full size loft bed and another full size underneath as well as a bed-sofa in the room, which makes it perfect for the kids or the singles in your group. Cots and a baby crib is available and linens and towels are provided, family size refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, PC, WiFi, cable, flat screen TV.

F.A.Q:

Is the area safe?- The neighborhood Dutch Kills is very safe, only 2 blocks from the N and Q subway station 2 stops from Lexington Ave in midtown Manhattan.

Do you accept credit cards?- Yes we accept all mayor credit cards.

How do we get there from JFK Airport?- Its very easy to get here from JFK, just take the airtrain to the Jamaica station Switch to the E train and take that to Queens plaza stop and walk 3 blocks north following 29th Street to the corner of 39th ave where the apartment is.

Is there an elevator in the building? Im so sorry there is no elevator. The apartment is on the second floor one flight up.

How many bedrooms is there in the apartment? There are 3 large bedrooms. There are a total of 4 double beds, 1 single bed and a cote and 1 double bed-sofa and then a regular sofa in the living-room. There should be plenty of space for your whole group/family.

How is the area around the apartment? This area is called Dutch Kills and its a a small neighborhood right in between Astoria and Long Island City to very popular destinations for cafe's and restaurants. We have 3 very famous galleries with in a walking distance. Fisher Landau Center for Art, Flux Factory and PS1 which is part of the Modern Museum of Art (MoMa) Since this area is so close to Queensboro Bridge the main transportation hub of Queens this has traditionally been a place for back businesses supplying Manhattan with bread, truffles, silk, etc but over the last 10 years artists have taken over these warehouse spaces and made them into work/live loft studios. Its a very interesting area and I think you will be very pleased.

Just like home

  • 5 of 5

I traveled with my family, my parents, my brothers and my younger sister. As a big family always is quite complicated and expensive to get a proper accommodation when we are away. However "Dutch kills" apartment and of course Steffan really made our stay a really nice experience. Starting with the easiness of the website to find and pay for the place. After that the kindness and prompt of Steffan´s responses to our enquiries. following that on our arrival we confirmed that the pics in the web site shows exactly how the flat is, a warm, well decorated, spacious and beautiful place. We felt just as at home. By the way my mum loved the kitchen :)

Thanks again Steffan.
