Have been staying here for the last 5 yrs and it truly feels like home!
Beautiful condo in ideal location
This property has everything you could possibly want, which is why we have gone back year after year. Rich Law was very responsive and clearly wanted to make sure we had a good time. The location could not be better. Obviously, the pool and beach being steps away is perfect...but the Wildwood boardwalk is a 10 minute drive one way and Cape May is 10 minutes the other way with wonderful restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend to anyone!
Everything You Need in a Great Location
We have spent our vacation at this condo for the past five years which speaks to our enthusiasm for the property and its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The condo is clean, comfortable and stylish, and we enjoy spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool. It's a very short walk to the beach, and an easy drive to all the fun things to do and places to eat in Wildwood and Cape May. We look forward to our stay here every year!
The condo was in an excellent location. It made it very convenient.
Overall, we loved the location of the condo. The beaches are very clean and there were a lot of families staying in the complex. Also, being adjacent to the wildlife refuge made it a very quiet area. The condo itself is very spacious.
The owner was responsive to our questions during our stay. We had a couple minor issues with the fixtures but overall the unit was stocked with necessities. I would also say upgrade the pillows supplied and extra blankets for future guests. We would definitely stay again.
This property and unit is wonderful! We have been coming now for 5 years and love it every time! Unfortunately this year the hot tub heater was broken from Saturday (our arrival day) until Thursday. So we only were able to enjoy that amenity for Thursday and Friday before our departure on Saturday. So that was disappointing but we understand things happen. We would suggest a few updates - new blankets, furniture, pillows, etc., and some home improvements -- a few things are getting "worn", even broken, and haven't been fixed, (ex. shoe rack in bedroom, sliding door, toilet paper holder, etc). Just a little more "TLC" would be good b/c rental after rental it's starting to really look "used." Whatever happens, it's still a GREAT time with our family and we are grateful for that! Thank you for a wonderful week!! We hope to be back next summer!!
Peaceful location, well-equipped condo, super convenient for beach; two thumbs up
Six of us stayed here in July 2016. Excellent vacation. The weather was fantastic, which helped, but this condo was an excellent choice.
This is the first building off the beach. 30 seconds to the pool. Two minutes to the beach. On the way to the beach you pass the bar/restaurant at the Club at Diamond Beach. Google it and check out the website. You have to join for $30. New members wait three days to drink, so join online in advance. The condo faces south over the nature sanctuary and overlooks the pool. Very peaceful in the morning. Not an oceanfront view, but, having done that many times in the past, I prefer the south exposure because we were not blinded by the rising sun while we drank our coffee.
The condo was nicely decorated. Flat screen TVs with HD service. Fridge got plenty cold (many vacation fridges take forever to get cold). Plenty of room. An air mattress is available. It was easy to operate - plug it in and wait a minute - and was comfortable.
Too often, vacation rentals have cheap furniture on the decks and patios or have a small amount of furniture. This condo has a ton of high-quality, sturdy, resin, counter/bar-height chairs and a table. Very comfortable, including for big guys. No crummy plastic Home Depot chairs that you can't get comfortable on.
Parking was a cinch. Two assigned spots under cover. We have a Volvo XC90 with roof rails a large Thule box and we were able to pull in and unpack with plenty of overhead clearance. There are some overflow spots, but not a ton. Still, we had no problems parking a third car for a couple days. Carts are available and it is a snap to get to the elevator so packing/unpacking is easy.
Pool was great. Tons of sun. Everyone has coolers and it is a low-key family vibe. Dads sipping beers but no one causing a ruckus.
Rich Law, owner, was great. Very helpful and responsive before, during and after. I also thought this condo was reasonably priced.
Diamond Beach was great. Beach is clean. They don't rent chairs so plan accordingly. Ice cream, mini-golf, sundries nearby. Some good restaurants/bars nearby - Crest Tavern, Crab House, Two Mile Landing. Using the bike lane on Seaview and then the concrete path starting at Rambler, it's a 15-20 minute bike ride to the south end of the boardwalk and about 30 minutes to Morey's Pier (I think it is Surfside now). Peaceful, easy ride, even in the street.
I would absolutely stay here again.
