Vicki and I are long time fans of the 'Outdoor Lifestyle' and Dillon, although we travel to other wondrous locales regularly, remains our home-we simply cannot replicate the enormous adventures just outside our door anywhere else....

We've always wanted, and known, that a view property here in Dillon would work wondrously for ourselves and rental possibilities. This top floor unit affords commanding, and we mean it, sweeping views of the Ten Mile Range, Lake Dillon and the Keystone and Breckenridge ski areas. And don't forget the sailing regattas and winter kite boarding right in front of you..
We rented this place for the season this year and have been thoroughly enjoying it.The view is amazing and the location couldn't be better. Walking distance to several great restaurants, the grocery store, Lake Dillon, the bowling alley etc. The hottub is great (but the nearby gameroom is depressing and creepy). Not to mention 10 minutes from Keystone 20 to Breck and 25 to Vail. Brad's great to work with and very attentive. The place is dated, but functional, but the bathrooms and kitchen could definitely do with a revamp.
We stayed with our two boys, ages 10 and 12. The owner was helpful, courteous and attentive. The location provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants in Dillon and quick access to the ski area highways. We didn't have time to check out the onsite hot tub, instead we took our boys to the deluxe new Silverthorne Rec Center with four pools, hot tubs, water slides, etc.
Looking for a Summit County escape? You will find a great value and experience working with the owners of this property! We have stayed several years with them and will continue to do so.
This property is on the top floor overlooking the Dillon Reservoir with great views any time of the day. Good
Instead of a wintersports and skiing theme for decor, this unit leans toward the summer and boating theme, which is appropriate as it's right around the corner from the marina.
Reservation experience is easy and owners are readily accessible throughout the stay if needed. Checkout was easy with a simple phone call.
Kitchen is fully equipped for your stay if you feel so incline to stay in and cook. Grocery stores are just blocks away.
Hot tub and pool are just down the hall, and pool towels are provided.
Beautiful location, with wonderful lake view. Convenient to all things Dillon. Very nice outdoor pool and hot tube. Condo was adequate for our needs, but furnishings all dated.
The condo was as described in the photos. The view and location fabulous. We cooked in with 6 of us and felt the kitchen lacked some things: Blender, more spatulas, plates, pans. The owner needs to look at the kitchen with a critical eye for those who really want to prepare a meal for 8-10 people. Great place and we would stay again.
There is so much outdoor recreation to be had-winter and summer.....where to start? Just everyhing, summer and winter, that you could imagine.....
