*** We DO NOT require that our renters (our customers) take their trash to the dump/transfer station like most rental properties do. Simply place all of your trash/recyclables into our shed when you checkout and we will take care of it for you.
*** Our chalet comes fully stocked with all linens (sheets and towels) and kitchen items such as condiments, tupperware, plastic wrap, cooking oils, spices, etc. and we also provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, blow dryer, etc. so you don't have to worry about bringing it all with you.
Whether you want to relax with a good book on the enormous screened in porch or spend the day enjoying this fabulous area, our home meets your needs.
This terrific 1,536 sq ft / 2 story chalet is located on Red Ridge Ln (a dead-end street) in the family-friendly, quiet & convenient Birch Hill neighborhood off of West Side Rd in North Conway - MINUTES TO EVERYTHING! [4.6 miles to the heart of N.Conway and CRANMORE SKI RESORT, 10 miles to Storyland, 10 miles to Attitash Mtn Resort, 3.9 miles to the Saco River swimming hole at 1st Bridge on River Rd]. There are GREAT trails (hiking & mtn. biking) right from our yard. (see Map).
'Red Ridge Chalet' has just been completely renovated (summer-fall 2012) and features a wrap around screened in porch with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, a large gas fireplace, skylights, an updated kitchen, new hardwood floors upstairs & new carpet downstairs, new walls, enormous Great Room, a family-room/den downstairs for the kids to hang out, wireless internet access, DVD library, books and games, plenty of parking, an outdoor fire-pit, horseshoes, tetherball, a doggie-pool, BBQ grill, 3 entrances, and so much more.
Well-behaved dogs allowed for a $50 fee.
The Main Floor consists of:
- the Great Room (living/dining) with a small futon - sleeps 1
- the Kitchen (just off the great room & recently updated!)
- the Master Bedroom (11.5 x 12) with a queen bed - sleeps 2
- a Full Bathroom (accessible from both the bedroom & the hall)
The Lower Level consists of:
- the Family Room/Den (11 x 17)
- the 2nd Bedroom (11 x 13) with a full+twin bunk bed & a twin bed - sleeps 4
- the 3rd Bedroom (11 x 13) with a queen size bed - sleeps 2
- a Full Bathroom
- a separate entrance plus spiral stairs up to Great Room
The Outside (.83 acre lot) consists of:
- a long driveway with plenty of space to turn and park
- an outdoor gas grill for BBQ's (protected from the rain)
- the enormous wrap around screened in porch
- a fire-pit, horseshoes, tetherball, a basketball hoop game and doggie pool
- trees! trees! trees! privacy! privacy! privacy!
We live in the NH Seacoast with our 2 dogs and we love spending as many weekends as possible in the White Mountains of NH. We love to hike, mountain bike, canoe and/or ski and then relax afterwards on our screened in porch. After spending years traveling the world and living all over the country...we feel like we have finally settled down in NH!

We fell in love with this chalet because of it's convenient yet tranquil location, the screened in porch, the winter mountain views, and the bright & open great room.
This was our second time renting this house. While it is close to many great restaurants and shopping it still has a very private NH feel to it!
There are so many great hiking trails you never run out of things to do!

I was surprised that there was an amazing fire pit in the front yard with such great seating! The house was clean, we'll decorated and there was ample seating. I definitely want to stay here again!
From the moment my friends and I arrived at this property we were incredibly impressed by every aspect of it. Perhaps the best part was a brand new stone walkway and fire pit with benches and the works, what a surprise that was! You really can't beat the location either. It's very close to the town area of North Conway and allows visitors to enjoy the many astounding aspects of the White Mountains. Would recommend and visit again!
Red Ridge has it all! It's the perfect home to rent when visiting North Conway. You just need to bring your family -- including the family dog! It is fully stocked with everything you need, very clean, off the main street but close to attractions and restaurants. The owners are always accessible and they provide you with all the information you need. The new stone walkway to the stone firepit is a beautiful addition to the grounds. Our family has stayed at this house for years and we highly recommend it!
This nicely renovated chalet is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, so we felt right at home. Great location less than 10 mins from town, but completely quiet and private area.
Right from the start we were happy and comfortable calling Red Ridge Chalet our home away from home for the week! The house is hidden off the street with a gorgeous fire pit area and plenty of space for our family of 5 (including 2 teens!). The house is so clean and comfortable and Amy and Scott were so helpful in making sure everything was ready for us and offered all types of local suggestions. We relaxed in the mornings before hiking and sightseeing, grabbed lunch locally, and then grilled dinners at night followed by smores. This house is central to everything nature has to offer! We loved it!!
