Your home, away from home. Both bathrooms fully remodeled, kitchen remodeled, all new ceiling fans, all new flooring!

Enjoy country paradise at its best on the north shore of Oahu. This lovely 2 bedroom, plus loft, 2 bath condo at Turtle Bay is located on the 10th fairway of one of its two championship golf courses. Master bathroom just remodeled (Feb 17) with step-in tile shower. Entire unit repainted (Feb 17). Owners plan on all new tile for living room in April.

An amazing place to relax, the grounds at Kuilima are beautifully manicured and tropical. This condo has a full kitchen with everything you need in addition to comfortable beds. Open the doors and tropical trade winds and ceiling fans cool your stay, or if needed there is air conditioning in both of the bedrooms. With a pool, tennis courts, and barbeque for your use, this wonderful home easily sleeps six and can accommodate up to eight with a provided electric air mattress. Living room features a 60' HD LCD TV, and there is a 39' LCD TV in the master bedroom.

A few minutes walk from the resort at Turtle Bay, where most resort amenities are available to you. From day spa services, helicopter tours, horseback riding, surfing lessons, miles of walking trails, two 18 hole golf courses, and a safe swimming and snorkeling beach as well as a number of restaurants and bars. The Polynesian Cultural Center, famous big wave surfing spots like Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, and Banzai Pipeline are all within a 10-minute drive. The Old Town of Haleiwa is 20 minutes away where you can enjoy old Hawaii with interesting shops, galleries, restaurants, and boat harbor.

All properties are individually owned and furnished but will come with a basic sundry starter kit for at least 2 loads of dishes and laundry, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a 2-3 garbage bags for the kitchen, 2-3 garbage bags for the bathroom, hand soap for the bathroom and dish soap for the kitchen. Properties are not re-stocked like hotel rooms and for visits longer than 3-4 days, it is recommended that guests procure additional items necessary for personal use. Guests also need to bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel/soap.

Excellent location, lovely pool.... but could use some TLC

Lovely place to rent. Beth & Chris were very easy to contact and quick to respond to messages. They were accommodating for our late checkout and getting bedding and towels in place that were missing on arrival. The large sliding doors were great at keeping the place fresh and comfortable. Pool and location were excellent! However, the beds were ok (squeaky, not as clean as some rentals, and mattress and foam topper were poorly fitted to the frame in the guest bedroom). Rooms were a little cramped. Kitchen table and chairs were uncomfortably sized for sitting and using (chairs and bench to low, table to high) especially with young children. Could use better lighting and a nicer area to sit outside.

Owner's Response: We appreciate the inputs. Both mattresses (king sized) have been purchased within the last year and the upstairs bed has a brand new bed frame and head board. This property just had all new flooring installed on the ground floor, in addition to new counter top in the kitchen, a new water heater, new ceiling fans in the upstairs master bedroom and loft. Most guests do like the dining room table, chairs, and bar chairs, all Teak Wood from Bali but we understand that some guests would not find them comfortable. While there are some outdoor chairs for use, condo association rules prevent anything more than chairs that can be stacked since the association owns the common area in back. We will look at obtaining a better fitting mattress topper and foam pad for the downstairs bedroom.

Turtle Bay / North Shore beautiful. Accomodation was good. Decor a bit dated. Renovation needed. Needs a few more lights. Beth and Chris Kronk easy to work with and very helpful.

First off, Beth & Chris were awesome and very nice people to deal with. They were very accommodating and friendly. My family of six celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary in North Shore. This unit was great, comfortable and plenty of amenities. The surroundings were well kept, secure, quiet and walking distance to Turtle Beach Resort. North Shore is such a wonderful place to be. Haleiwa and nearby communities offer lots of places to dine and shop. Local eateries (food trucks) were excellent. My family is definitely returning to North Shore and rent this condo again soon.

The sky is blue, and there's a perfect of mix of wind, rain and sun, to keep it bright and glowing with life. It is just a short walk along the golf course to the beach and the Turtle Bay Resort. The beach here is amazing, there are miles of secluded beaches on both sides of the resort, and there are beachside trails to access them. To the right of Turtle Bay you can find a secret swimming hole, and walk through sand dunes, and to the left of Turtle Bay you can walk past the stables and stumble upon Kawela Bay, an incredible crescent shaped bay with calm waters, and few, if any, people. There are also many places to surf or dive if that's your thing. The grounds are huge and it is easy to spend days cruising around this area, the trails are well maintained and perfect for running and biking as well. If you choose to be less adventurous, Turtle Bay has a beach with year round swimming and snorkeling, snack bar, showers and beach rentals. You also have the resort amenities at your doorstep as well. They offer surfing lessons, horseback riding, yoga, full spa facility, etc! Turtle Bay has some great restaurants, and places to have a drink, including the pool bar, overlooking the Pacific. You must be a registered guest of the hotel to use the hotel pool, but the Kuilima Estates East condos have their own pools.
