For us five friends it was the perfect place to stay during our last holliday-week in Playa del Carmen. From the first communication, the cordial welcome of Laura, the fresh fruits and first drinks, the well equipped apartement, the pool till the arrangement of our transfer to the airport- it was great. We liked the location of the flat thus it was quiet, just a short distance to the beach and though the crowded 5th Ave was just a 10 Minutes walk away. For us ladies it was good to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Paulina and Laura, thank you very much for having such a pleasant week in Playa !

Muy lindo el departamento, cómodo y bien equipado.

Con Sommier en todas las camas.

2 amplios baños. Cocina completa y un balcón con vista a la piscina excelente para desayunar.

Muy agradable y familiar el trato de la Sra. Laura quien nos recibió y se ocupo de que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto en el lugar.

El condominio muy lindo, con seguridad, la piscina siempre mantenida en perfecto estado.

Cuenta también con cochera cerrada ideal para manejarse con auto en familia.

Esperamos volver pronto.

Perfect vacation location!

This was as our children said "a wonderful and relaxing vacation".

We arrived and had a very welcome and warm greeting. The apartment was perfect and had everything that one needs. It was as shown in the pictures. The morning after our arrival we received a call asking if everything was ok. Very attentive!

The property is clean and it was nice that we had a view of the pool and garden from the balcony. The location was perfect due to only being 1 block from the beach and a leisurely 5 min. stroll to 5. Avienda with its wide range of international restaurants, gift shops and boutiques. Across the street is a 7-eleven or an Oxxo around the corner if something is needed quickly. Several major supermarkets and a fresh fish store (ask Laura for directions) are within a 10 min. drive.

The guards were wonderfully friendly and even helped us carry up our groceries from the underground garage to the apartment door.

If we ever have the opportunity to travel to Playa del Carmen again, this would be our first choice.

The drive to Tulum was approximately 1 hr., Akumal for snorkeling 45 mins. Chitzen Itza approx. 2 hr. (but leave early due to crowds). Plus the caves with there beautiful clear waters and all the other activity parks are just a short drive away.

Paulina kept in contact with us from the moment we booked up to a day before our departure, providing information and asking if she could assist us with anything to make our arrival comfortable.

Location idéale pour un appartement très agréable

Aucun bémol pour cet appartement. Idéalement situé pour accéder partout à pied, la 5ème avenue étant à deux blocs et la plage à un bloc. La piscine est un Plus inestimable. Propriété très bien entretenue, accueil et gardiennage de qualité ; très aimables et serviables. La représentante du propriétaire qui nous accueillies est dynamique, serviable, efficace et vraiment agréable. On se sent bien dès la première minute de l'arrivée. Appartement fonctionnel. Rien ne manque, sauf peut-être le désagrément de ne pas trouver de papier toilette à l'arrivée. Le liquide vaisselle, c'est bien, mais le papier toilette me semble plus utile... !!! Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser l'air conditionné ; les ventilateurs au plafond étant suffisants. Le balcon est très agréable, on y passe de longs et bons moments. Pour ce qui est du ménage, il faut veiller, insister et faire faire et refaire plusieurs fois pendant le séjour pour que ça soit au point ; une grande et une petite serviettes étant trop juste pour la durée du séjour si celui-ci excéde 3 jours. La meilleure façon de profiter de la plage en toute quiètude et à moindre frais avec transat, cocktails et parasol a été pour nous l'hôtel Las Palapas, à quelques pas de l'appartement. Les restaurants toutes catégories ne manquent pas dans un rayon très étroit à pied. Les horaires de service sont appréciables (non stop et souvent tard le soir). Pour l'aspect découverte, opter pour des excursions en mini bus via un tour opérateur est la meilleure solution : quiètude sur la route, bonne organisation, pas trop chères (en réservant deux ou trois journées et en négoçiant), guide dans la langue choisie. Et pick up au départ au coin de l'appartement avec dépose retour idem. Un confort appréciable quand on sait combien la route est longue et monotone pour arriver sur les sites archéologiques à visiter. A éviter à tout prix : XEL-HA ! Rien à voir. Une journée chère pour un snorkeling modeste sans aucun poisson. En revanche Isla Mujeres suffit : très beau, varié et plus poissonneux. Cozumel ne vaut guère le déplacement si on a vu Isla Mujeres. Incontournables : Tulum, Chichen Itza et Coba bien sûr. Non seulement je recommande ce condominium, mais je rêve d'y retourner dès que possible ! Etre si bien installé dans cette ville magique de Playa del Carmen......Et puis de multiples petits super marchés sont proches pour se munir quotidiennement de bouteilles d'eau minérale. l'eau de l'appartement n'étant pas potable !

Soyez assuré que vos commentaires seront pris en compte et spécialement concernant votre remarque sur le papier toilette et les serviettes de toilettes un peu juste. We love it ¡¡

We visited this department and this beautiful cover all the needs that one requires, there are chair for the beach, all kitchen appliances to make use of it. Maintenance of the place is spotless very clean and harmonious, but the best that is close to the beach and fifth avenue where are the restaurants and shoping place.

We recommend it 100 porcent has everything you need

Nice, clean condo

Very nice condo and complex, exactly as in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. Great security with friendly and helpfull guards. Paulina(owner) and Valeria (on site manager) were very prompt and helpfull with all emails and questions, and very nice people. Security deposit was returned on checkout, electrical bill for 2 weeks only $30 U.S.(we didn't use a/c, shut off hot water tank after having a shower, and shutoff lights and fans when we were out, a stress free rental in all ways. With the addition of a few items this condo would earn 5 stars. A bbq would be great(other units in the building have them), folding beach chairs would be great(you cannot find them anywhere for sale in Playa) a beach umbrella would be great, and a few things need to be bought for the kitchen, and a few kitchen items thrown out and replaced. We sent the owner a list. All in all, a lovely condo in a great location. 2 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to a great beach club, 3 blocks to 5th ave and an endless choice of great restaurants, 6 blocks to 2 large grocery stores, and if you like walking, Mega and Walmart are 20-25 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride.
