Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. Relax with friends and family at our 3 bed (plus loft), 2 bath condo directly across the street from Loon Mountain. The condo is clean and contemporary. You'll enjoy stunning, panoramic views of the mountain. The mountain is close enough to walk or you can take a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes in the ski season. Spectacular location to take in fall foliage. Close to hiking, swimming holes, beaches, golf, and more. Includes access to health club, pools, hot tubs, tennis, game rooms, and more. Great value!

Beautiful Coolidge Falls mountain home with spectacular view of Loon slopes. Is spacious, yet cozy, and exceptionally well maintained. Is equipped with everything one could ever need to make for a wonderful winter vacation. A perfect place for a family with small children. Access pass to recreation center is a definite plus. In addition to the many activities offered at Loon Mountain, other attractions to consider are Ice Castles, Jean's Playhouse and Franconia Notch Stables for a sleigh ride. Owner Paul was easy to communicate with, very accessible and responded to queries promptly....a true delight! Would definitely return to this beautiful home in the future and most certainly recommend it to others.
The unit was as described, clean, comfortable, great view of the slopes, UHD TV with DVD player, galley kitchen, great living space with cozy fireplace which we used throughout our stay. Sleeps six adults comfortably. The loft space would suit children and young adults well. Paul, the owner was easy to work with and accommodated our every need. It snowed throughout our stay and the snow removal services provided by the condo association were on the ball keeping clear the entry and parking. Loon Mountain provided a great skiing experience and the region provides lots of activities and dining opportunities. We tried La Vista at the River Walk. Food was okay, service good, bistro atmosphere. The Common Man is a better choice however.
We stayed here for 5 nights in order to ski at Loon and Cannon mountain. Older property but very clean and spacious accommodation. Very nice views of Loon and even saw a firework display on Saturday night. Nice to have access to recreation center for the pools and hot tubs. Also nice to have wood burning fireplace with wood just outside the front door. Nice to have entry way to put boots and ski gear.
We having been renting up in the Lincoln area for years (20+). Paul's condo was one of the most clean condos we have rented. There is plenty of parking and the location was awesome! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets and everything you need to cook.
I am giving 4 stars (would have like to have given 4.5) only b/c the beds were a little on the stiffer side for myself and guests. Also, with doing your own sheets & towels with a check out of 10, was cutting it close. But over all a GREAT place to stay!
Things to consider for those wishing to rent: There is no air conditioning, some windows could not be opened or were very hard to open, leaving the condo cleaned including vacuuming, laundering the sheets and towels is a factor to consider. But overall it is a beautiful place to stay.
The condo is in a great location - right across the street from Loon. The sleeping areas are comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels for everyone. There is the right amount of common and private space in the unit. Everyone in our group loved it.
The owner was responsive and made everything very easy. I would recommend this place to others. It's perfect for both summer and winter activities. There is a great front hall - perfect for skis, boots, running shoes, etc.

Winter school vacation weeks = $1900.
Cleaning charge is $110, however we will reimburse $30 if you leave the linens clean and folded. We have plenty of linens, but you can also save the $30 by bringing your own linens (two queen beds, two twin beds, one full pullout couch).
Credit Cards: Fees apply and will be split by the tenant and landlord. Alternatively, the eCheck option is free. We encourage tenants paying electronically to use the eCheck option.
