Centrally located in Paradise Valley. Can walk or drive to extensive (3/4 mile of riverside) community fishing access on the Yellowstone River. Quiet, but not too far from the main road. This is a clean newer home on 10 acres with a wrap around cedar deck and a large, sunny, sliding glass door. Have dinner and watch the sunset on the Absarokas and Emigrant Peak. Spectacular thundershowers can be seen across the valley. With exterior lights off there is outstanding stargazing at night. Mule deer pass through the property almost every day.
20 minutes from Livingston (with breathtaking scenery on the way), 30 minutes from Yellowstone Park, and 45 minutes from Bozeman. Chico Hot Springs is 6 miles away. The town of Emigrant (3-4 miles away) has a post office, gas station, general store, fly fishing shop, breakfast/lunch place, and the Old Saloon.

We enjoy being close to good dining in Livingston and Chico, countless fishing and hiking spots, and Yellowstone Park. The views and quiet were a big part of our decision too.
It's nice to be within walking distance, or a 2 minute drive from a varied 3/4 mile community fishing access. It's a great way to finish the day.
Hi John, This is a late thank you. I loved staying at your cabin. It was just as you described. The million dollar view took my breath away. I have so many pictures of the ever changing beauty. I felt safe each and every day. I loved Livingston and of course I went to Yellowstone numerous times. I was in tears my last day in the park. As a single diner they really took care of me at Chico and many of the Livingston's restaurants. I visited friends in Bozeman and the Ruby Valley as well. Again many thanks. Warm regards, Susan
Plenty of room for a small cabin, a short drive to Yellowstone, peace and quiet..... What more could you ask for?
Excellent cabin and deck. Very clean, well organized. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies, outdoor grill was well used. So handy to have washer and dryer to keep up with a family of 5 !! The 8 and 4 year old grandaughters loved the loft area. Nice to have air conditioning as a couple days were quite warm. The best part was early in morning the views fabulous and late at night when stars were amazing. Would not hesitate to book this property again, great memories thanks
The cabin was very clean and equipped with pretty much anything you could need. The view was beautiful. It was a beautiful 35 minute drive from the North entrance of Yellowstone. Overall I would stay again.
Paradise Valley is a great name for this area. We visited Yellowstone and this quiet cabin was the perfect retreat. About 40 minutes to the North entrance to the park, it is located in a quiet, pretty valley between the mountains. Neighbors wave hello and the Sinclair gas station 5 minutes away at the blinking light is great for supplies. Thank you for sharing this slice of heaven. We also saw plenty of wildlife, fantastic sunsets and caught some trout on the river. Cabin is very clean and neat! Our family will be coming back!
We loved our time here! The house is really well maintained with fantastic amenities. The area is absolutely gorgeous and so close to Yellowstone as well as the bigger city of Bozeman. We would absolutely recommend and encourage anyone who is considering staying here to book it immediately, you won't be disappointed.
The cabin's location defies description. It's beyond words! It's south view faces the mountains of Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons beyond. Only a close vote kept us from skipping Yellowstone altogether and just spending a few days on the front deck. The front door opened with the secret and coded password - always a pleasant surprise. The cabin was well stocked with all the things one might expect to find plus a few extra, and minus only one: we ran into some warm nights and wished we had a couple of room fans, but by the middle of the night, things cooled off nicely. There were birds a plenty, and one antelope errr... loped across the front lawn, just 60-70 feet away from us. The beds were comfy and the bathroom and kitchen very nice. We felt we were in paradise, sort of.
