Inside this home has recently been renovated with a beautiful kitchen that includes everything you need to make and serve meals including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender and lobster pot. In the case of cancellation, the Agent requires written authorization from the Tenant to re-rent the Property. As soon as the Agent receives written authorization, Agent will begin the process of finding a replacement Tenant acceptable to the Owner. There is no guarantee that a replacement Tenant will be secured. If the Agent is successful in securing a replacement for the entire term of the Lease, the Tenant will receive a refund of the deposit paid less 15% of the TOTAL RENT due for this Lease. If the agent is unsuccessful in securing a replacement Tenant, any refund must be negotiated between Tenant and Property Owner. Since this Lease constitutes a contract between Tenant and Owner, there is no obligation on the Owner to refund rent payments if a replacement cannot be secured for the full term of the Lease.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
