Guestbook comments from the owner

I would recommend MurrCasa to others. This place was convenient to Cincinnati, had a homey atmosphere, and good spaces for gathering. Also, the toys, pack n play, and crib mattress were a HUGE blessing.

The property was well located for accessing all attractions, restaurants, and events. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to work in. There was only one TV which was in the basement - a problem for those with bad knees. Reviews on the beds was mixed - only one couple found their bed comfortable and after trying the bunk beds, the person assigned to that room slept on the sofa. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the house. It was well lived in and not as clean as expected. There were bits of old greens in the crisper drawers, dusty, dirty corners, dingy curtains etc. All in all we had a great family reunion and would have enjoyed the big deck if it were summer. Not a bad place, but not up to our previous VBRO experiences/

Great kid-family home

  • 5 of 5

We had 4 families stay over NYE 2012. It was a great space. We cooked dinner and visited upstairs while the kids played downstairs. Very comfortable!

Great place for a family

  • 5 of 5

This house is so comfortable and welcoming - has so much more to offer than most home rentals. The beautifully updated kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. There were 9 of us, and there was plenty of dining seating. The kids loved all the games and toys, and the adults really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The bedding was great, and the house was just really pretty. We loved it!

Great Stay!

  • 5 of 5

This home was a wonderful place for my large family (11; 9 children ages 3-18) to relax and enjoy time together!

It is especially child friendly (toys inside and outside - even plastic plates and cups available) while being enjoyable for older children, too (large tv, games, wireless internet). We stay in rental homes for all of our vacations and are often not able to completely relax for entertaining our children. That was not the case here!

And, it is in a great, quiet location. We felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood and to the quaint downtown stores. (The fire department was even welcoming to visitors and gave the children fire hats and let them take pictures on the truck bumper!)

There was nothing we needed that this house did not have! The back porch with the grill and picnic area was especially enjoyable this time of year.

I would recommend this home/location to anyone and would love to stay again if we have a chance to be back in the area.
