Great house

  • 5 of 5

We had a great experience, this house is in a great location with plenty of privacy and near several restaurants, a grocery and liquor store and other attractions, it had everything we needed to make for a great weekend 😃 Would definitely stay here again

Holiday rental in Naples

  • 4 of 5

Great location within 5 minutes drive from the small coastal town of Naples. The house has everything you would need for a family stay with three good size bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, large seating area and outdoor balcony for bbqs. There was even a ground floor fire pit for cosy evenings outside. Very clean and as described. The only downside was that the air con was only in the main seating area so the bedrooms were very hot at night in August. Thank you!

Great property close to lake activities

  • 5 of 5

Clean, spacious, quiet location, nicely furnished and very close to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening and it was great to be able to cook breakfast and sit out on the deck. For an area that doesn't seem to have a lot of hotel options, this was the perfect solution for our family. We did not use the pass to the State Park, but appreciated that it was included. The owners were very timely with communication and made it easy to arrange the rental. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay here again!!

Space and Comfort

  • 4 of 5

This property was perfect for us. We were surrounded by trees and sunshine the whole time minus a short burst of rain one evening. We travelled during the day to surrounding attractions but it was nice to come home to space and comfort. The home is equipped with everything we needed and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher on site was excellent. We had the privacy we were looking for with this home and the arrival and departure was seamless. We truly felt we had our own little home in Maine.

We thank the owners very much for the use of their home and would definitely rent here again.

New, Peaceful, Great Location, Amazing Deck

  • 4 of 5

What a great house to rent; especially if you enjoy being outside on the deck or around the huge fire pit. I cannot wait to see how the owners continue to improve upon this destination since it was still a relatively new construction.

Even when it rained our small group enjoyed the large flat screen TV and stereo system in the expansive living/dining area. There were two grills on site as well!

The owners were also great in their communication with me from my initial interest right through the rental date.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite spot close to Naples. I'm sure we will be renting again. There was no immediate water access but I knew that going in and was OK with that. The deck and the fire pit more than made up for that. Everyone in my group was impressed as was I.
