This 3 level duplex is on the sand and one of the closest distance to the white waves, yet so close to all the restaurants, malls and bike rentals . Can be rented as a whole for one big family reunion, upon availability, or rented separately for smaller families. Choose1, 2or all 3 levels that can take up to 20 .

1st floor has 3 bedrooms 2 baths to sleep comfortably 6-8 people. It is attached to a large patio on the sand with BBQ island and fire pit. The 2nd floor has 4 spacious bedrooms, two of them are big master rooms with baths for total 3 bathrooms and sleeping sofa at the living room to sleep up to 12 people. This level attached to an all around balcony with BBQ grill. The 3rd-floor is a studio/master bedroom with 1 bath and a large entertainment sound system patio with BBQ island and palapa on top of BBQ and fire pit. The views are amazing!!!

Following shown rates are based on the 2nd floor only.

Each level has its own separate entrance, both 1st and 2nd have nice large kitchens with granite counter tops, newer appliances, Stone floors and ceiling fans. Dishwashers and its own washer/dryer in each level.

Large sliding doors on each side of the living room invite the outdoors in and form the perfect frame for beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and watching the sailboats silhouetted against Catalina Island. All newly remodeled with Delightful breezes and double insulation keep the house cool on the hottest summer days.

Shared 2 car garage that may also allow 2 cars out.

Open floor plan looking at endless views from the living room, kitchen and dining rooms, just in front of the golden sands with the beach volleyball net where you can enjoy watching or playing. So close to the nature and waves. So close and convenient to all the other entertainments and activities.

This place was perfect.

The house was more than enough to fit 3 families and was furnished with absolutely everything you needed. Its location was perfect as it was right on the beach. The place was very clean and had lots of space in each room. We would love to come back soon to this same house because it was so wonderful.

Awesome!!

We stayed there for a week this summer "we got a good deal" and it was an amazing experience.. the view was perfect and the house was directly on the sand, no sidewalks or people bothering at all. the beach was amazing and kids loved to ride their bikes around the place.

the house was very clean and comfortable and the management were very helpful and cooperating and they gave us really great price!

I highly recommend this property and we're coming again next summer :)
