This loft, built in 2006, is a quiet retreat. It is a spacious 850 sq. feet, with a fully equipped kitchen and a sunset-view, covered deck with a gas grill. Downtown, Lake Coeur d'Alene, North Idaho College and City Park are all within a 2-10 minute walk. The Centennial Trail is within a block, and skiing is only 45 minutes away. It is a great launching pad for an active visit.
David Groth, the owner, will do all he can to accommodate your needs!

I am in my 34th year as an elementary educator, much of it in Coeur d' Alene, both as a teacher and principal.
I love living in Coeur d' Alene and regularly take advantage of the lake, mountains, biking trails and the cozy downtown.

I will do everything I can to make your stay a great one!
Classy, comfortable, well-stocked. My favorite part of the loft? The west-facing deck, which feels like a tree fort.
Your place is lovely and very convenient to town. We enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect. Thank you!
This is the second time that I stayed in the loft & enjoyed the whole experience. The location is fantastic & I enjoyed taking my grandchildren to the near by park.
The owner provides lots of equipment for outdoor activities & has helpful suggestions for restaurants & amenities.
It is a wonderful place to stay.
Great location. Minutes walk to downtown. Arrived late and had to leave early so unable to enjoy the kayaks and bicycles.
We have stayed here 4 times now, will be back next summer. The location
Is fantastic. Having a garage is the best, you can bring all your toys.
But that would be bad karma For sure because this is an amazing place. Located a short walk to the beach an town it is I the perfect spot. Well done loft with quality finishes all around. Comfortable with everything you need to cook or BBQ. Quiet area, great deck for morning coffee or evening dinner.
David was a thoughtful host and we hope he looks us up when he is in Boulder.
This loft rental is perfectly located to walk to the beach, downtown restaurants and shops and is easy access to highways. The owners ensure everything is ready and clean for your stay. I especially like that the owners make a point of being non-obtrusive and provide privacy, even though they are living next door and are available if you need anything.
5 Stars for this loft, but the mattress on the bed is a 3 Star. This does not take away from how nice this rental is, just a minor comment worth noting. Everything else works and feels great about this loft. We will stay here again when in CDA.
Loved the location near the water and downtown. The loft was a lovely place to retreat.
Centennial Bike Trail passes within two blocks of the loft.
